Staff available and friendly all the time. Room generally good. Lovely and quiet with interesting parks with a botanic garden to the North, a short distance away, and the Old Town centre a 12 minute walk in the other direction. Worth trying different routes to get into the Old Town as there are so many interesting buildings and places to see. Generally good breakfast.

Bathroom tiny. The coffee for breakfast was only instant so we had coffee at the Cathedral or other good places. The bed was 2 narrow twins with trough frames. Not comfortable as a double bed and the sheets came untucked very easily.

The hotel is real value for money you get a double room with breakfast included for nearly half the price of the other hotels. The staff were very friendly always with a smile and always ready to help. The breakfast was good with all my nutritional requirements included. The hotel is located near the city centre which is couple of minutes walking away. You can also take the tram if you don't want to walk.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The room was in great condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There's also an elevator, so you don’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs. I really enjoyed my stay!

The location has been very good concerned of my goals. The breakfast was simple, more or less adequate to a total accommodation price. Room was very good - calm and large.

Breakfast could have been better if the lackluster rolls were accompanied by a portioned loaf of bread. And for example: I recommend replacing the bland and cheap muesli mixture with ordinary, cheap, oatmeal to mix with white yogurt and for a sweet sprinkle, a mixture of ground Ceylon cinnamon or ground cocoa with fine granulated sugar, in a perforated wooden box (to remove moisture) for children/youth /adults, upon request, so it doesn't go to waste.

Apparently, this place is really huge, and so the rooms are so widely different that one may deserve absolute praise while another may be outright crappy. As a solo traveller,I was quite satisfied with my room. People complain about the furniture, for instance; but what furniture do you need apart from a bed, a cupboard for you stuff, and a table? The (carpets in the) corridors, the elevator, and some other details (no elevator from the 3rd floor) may not be up to the highest standards, they are visibly from an earlier century (ha-ha, of course they are). But hey, look at the price again. All in all, my advice is: when you book, ask for a photo of YOUR particular room, and then decide. You won't be disappointed. And, of course, the town is absolutely worth it. The pix of the hotel I have uploaded are nothing special, they just show that you can more than live with this getup. I guess the photos of the town do give you a foretaste.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and peaceful garden. Every detail contributed to a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. Highly recommend and we can't wait to come back!

The pillows were not comfortable.

Friendly staff. asked for a hair dryer and a kettle in the evening. they offered us everything and sent us to a meeting

during the five days of our stay, the hotel did not pick up the garbage even once. the room is very poorly lit in the evening. there is no additional lighting except for 1 lamp on the ceiling

The location, the price, the breakfast and the fact they changed linen after 2 days.

Probably the lack of fridge and hair dryer considering they state its a 3-star hotel. The amenities especially where I was also need an overall renovation.

Only one towel per person and a very small one. You pay for a dog and get nothing in return. It's not a good decision by the hotel.

The location is walking distance from the city center. Quiet area, the hotel has also Exquisite Thai-Laos 👌 Restaurant Breakfast is quite a variety 👍, we always had a full stomach 😊.

Its just a suggestion.... Cups or glasses would helpful- guest needs it for brushing the teeth.
