Very clean and comfortable hotel and professional, friendly staff in general. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was a bit situated far off from the center but surprisingly convenient and accessible in by public transport. Very great value to price ratio you get from this truly quality hotel.

Our room was situated on the fourth floor and with two kids traveling, it is a substantive safety risk that the big windows are easily openable without any safety grid or lock. Also the double room with two double beds was a bit too small and cramped, especially with the luggage and suitcases around.

Parking was 14 euro per night even though you are a client of the hotel. Sometimes it can happen that you dont have a parking spot left because it was full. I was told I need to pay a security deposit of ~200 euro in case they need to take money for the restaurant and other expenses. After saying it is too much, they left me only with 100 euro blocked. Which will be unblocked in aprox 1 month once the transaction expires. Aggresive marketing/virtual communication: In the day of the check out I received a Booking message and email at 7 AM letting me know that I need to do the checkout that day

We were late for breakfast.... Closes 11:00hrs. However the personal organized a special English breakfast for us. Also my partner is vegetarian, no problem: a special for her too. Perfect Service. Thank you! Playing Pool in the evening at the reception was also nice. After a long evening this was welcome and relaxing. Finally very very close to the Exhibition Centre, so perfect location.

Parking was secured but a bit small and in a strange looking place. It was OK I guess. (need to mention something...)

Confortable clean environment. There was lot of conplementary things like mineral water, soap, towels, tea, sugar.. Fridge, Cattle and AC in room. Hair drier in the bathroom. Safe in cubbert. Location close by exebition center. All you can eat breakfast, small gym and sauna avaliable.

Bit too expensive for one person around time of event. (It is not as expensive when no event is happening.)

We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a good experience. The breakfast was perfect – delicious, fresh, and with a nice variety of options to start the day. The room was a bit small for four people, but it was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it does the job just fine. 🙂

I put the condition "free parking" in the search filter and it showed me this hotel among others. When I had already booked the hotel, a notification appeared that the price of parking was 20 euros per day, which shocked me. When I checked in at the reception, they said that in reality parking is only 10 euros, and I paid that much. When I booked the room, it showed me the final price with all taxes included and the price was 127 euros. A warning was added that the hotel can take money from the card at any time. They took my money in the morning, after I had already slept in the hotel, and they ripped off 132 euros. I got the feeling that they are waiting for the most favorable euro: krona exchange rate for them, and then they tear. Well, the hotel was worth even that price.

This is a well located hotel in Brno. The breakfast is great with a lot to choose from. I didnt visit the hotel restaurant for dinner since we decided to try the restauratn right next door and it was great :-)

There is really nothing wrong with this hotel, it is just that you can see that the years have passed and maybe is time to renovate, refresh or change some of the forniture.

Comfortable beds. Good ventilation / ac. Fast wifi. Car charging included in price. They allowed me to keep the car in the parking for longer than the checkout deadline. I was given discount voughers for VIDA popular science center which we had planned to visit. In all a bit of a bargaign for a room with 2 double beds to the price I got.

Location is off. 40 min walk to old town. Interior a bit old and not up to date.

Very helpful staff. It was a last minute booking in a busy period. They upgraded our booking free of charge in order to have a better stay.

While the quoted price in booking.com is in Euro, the hotel is expected to be paid in CZK. While this is OK given that this is the official currency of the country, the exchange rate used by the hotel is not matching the current one causing a bit higher prices. In our case the reception was able to adjust the room price to the one we were quoted. The location of it although good for those traveling as it was close to the motorway, I'd say it is not in walking distance from the city center.

Everything was worthy, the room spacious and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and gave us a perfect feedback to all our questions. Great idea to offer the lunch boxes, we was in a hurry every morning participating at EDS 2025 with our englishcocker spaniel girl. We strongly recommend it!👍
