Everything was great- we would definitely come again, really nice stay. An normal toaster (not for waffles) could be an upgrade for the studio and some salt/pepper/oil an extra plus but of course not standard, just saying as some more beneficial additions. And if you want to invest in a TV with some Netflix access, this would also some wow extra. But as being said, we had everything we needed and been really happy.

They neighbors from above seemed to have actively jumping children in the mornings ;), but with a deep sleep you wouldn’t realize that.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, providing the perfect start to the day. The hotel's location is ideal – just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent amenities close to all the main attractions. Will definitely be back for my next business trip!

Lovely apartment! Unfortunately we arrived a little late to have the chance to experience the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment was clean with all relevant facilities. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night to continue to our final destination the next morning. Before hitting the road we strolled round the park and the sports area. We loved what we saw and will return soon to complete what we missed.

We were able to find the apartment well. Fortunately, there was a free parking space right in front of the door, but this will probably no longer be the case in the future. Check-in was at the café below, a few steps down. The entrance to the apartment is separate at street level. The apartment turned out to be very comfortable. Older pieces of furniture have been tastefully integrated into the newly renovated apartment. The beds were new and slept very well (but were of a slightly firmer nature). The location was very quiet and there is a nice park with a planetarium nearby. The old town can also be easily reached on foot or by tram.

As we were passing through and only stayed one night there isn't much to say about the room service. Breakfast was not that great. What was there was undoubtedly very good, no question about it. It was just very little. Perhaps it was also due to the implementation of the continental breakfast concept.

The apartment was not new and clean, it had a lot of used and inconvenient furniture, like metalluc chairs which are cold, heavy and make a lot of noise when moved. There was just one very small knife. The curtains do not cover the window, we could be well seen from the outside. The Klafe cafe is overrated and overpriced: they serve cocktails using old prosecco with no bubbles already, and same for mineral water.

Nice interior decorations, tarrace, good internet conection, silent neighborhood but close to nice park and tram stop. Good contact with the owners. Parking space available.

It's good you have a bed for a small kid (baby cot) but it is highly recomended to have a mattress too. Otherwise it is a torture for a young fellow, his/her parents and neighbors.

I like the area where the place is located - quiet and pleasant. The room was clean, the heating was very good. Good breakfast, nice staff in the coffee place downstairs. No problem with parking the car.

My room was smaller than I imagined but that was not a problem for one night. I think other rooms are bigger.

Very nice appartement, reflecting the pictures on Booking. Situated in the quiet and beautiful sector, facing a nice parc. Apartment has nice vibe, is elegant and has a few pieces of beautiful antics furnitures. Kitchen is well equipped Has a very nice terrace with small garden. Bed vas very conformable. We has some particular request and we got accommodated. Communication with the lady who was taking care of the rental was easy and pleasant. We loved our stay.

The appartement is on the hill and is a good walk of 30 min. to downtown. I would be mice to find some info, map or publicity in the apparement about closes grocery, restaurant and buses in the sector. I asked some info at the cafe. The employees did our check-in and check-out, but they didn’t know anything about the area and repeatedly saying, that they have nothing to do with the rental. It was quite strange. Make me feel we are bothering them, all though they where very nice and polite.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was very nice and perfectly clean, with everything needed, and it was not too far from the city centre. In general, it was a very pleasant experience, especially thanks to the staff.

It is a very minor thing, but the breakfast started only at 8.30 on Saturday morning. I perfectly understand that it would be difficult to start earlier. It is just a remark for those who prefer eating very early.

Super-cool little B&B just outside of the city center. The room was decorated with vintage furniture (in perfect condition), the room and bathroom were very clean, and the shower was the BEST shower during our two-week stay in the Czech Republic. The breakfast in the cute café was awesome, and the staff in the café were friendly and helpful. We COULD pay for the room with a credit card. And the tram to the city center stops just meters from the front door, and takes less than 10 minutes.

We were very happy with everything!
