A very good, relatively small hotel built together with the Sono Music club. I attended a concert here, so it was very convenient, to just walk next door for it. The building is a modern one, with excellent views from the elevator and the top floors. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was perfect. The staff was nice too overall. I arrived by tram (Tram 3 goes here, and also Trams 12 or 10 depending on the constructions), there is a tram stop right at the entrance. The breakfast was amazing, many hot food options (including frittata and fried eggs, bacon, even fresh pancakes), plenty of different cakes (There were so many, I could try only a few of them, and all were tasty), and there are also fruits and ready made sandwiches available. The coffee was also strong and tasty. I would happily choose this hotel again when going to Brno.

Having some coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be nice. There can be heard some little noise when there is a concert in the club, however concerts end between 22 and 22:30, so it is not a real problem, there is no noise during sleep time

Great hotel, specially if you are visiting for a concert in Sono Club which is in the same building. The hotel is some 15-20 minutes away from the centre by foot, but tram station is right if front of the hotel so getting by is really easy. Rooms are nice and clean, parking is in the basement (it is not free, but we payed some 10 euro for 24 hours so not the cheapest but also not horrible), breakfast is also good, accomodation prices are also reasonable so all in all would definitely recommend. Rooms on higher floors have a very nice view of the north-western part of town, so I'd recommend those if possible.

My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that there could be a better choice of pastry for the breakfast. Although the bread that was served was really delicious.

We were at the 7th floor, the view was good :) The tram was appr. 2-3 minutes walking. The breakfast was varied and delicious. However if you have some kind of intolerance maybe it is better to get in contact with the hotel before you book, because I didn't see any "free from" food like lactosefree or glutenfree.

The walls were thin, we heard the speak from the room next to us. There was some strange noise during the evening/night, we couldn't figure it out what was that exactly. The room was a little bit poor compared to other 4star hotels. There were only two glasses (and we didn't get new, clean ones every day), there wasn't kettle or instant coffee or tea.

Place was great, I went there for a concert and combination of hotel and venue few meters apart was great. I did not have to travel anywhere. The room was clean, bed comfly, I had enough space. I've also enjoyed the breakfast that was included in room price. I had all the necessary service I needed at one place.

Sadly the room was rather cold at night and there was some perfume coming from air conditioning that was rather too strong and in fact it made the night rest less comfortable than I expected. Next time please less artificial smell from AC, preferably none. And get warmer blankets.

Hotel is in a very good location, just 10 mins from city center. I enjoyed breakfast a lot. It had a wide range of choice, was fresh and tasty. Staff was very kind with positive attitude. Price was reasonable and I would come back :)

I was a bit struggling with air condition system in my room. It was a bit noisy in my opinion therefore I decided to switch it off for the night (that unfortunately resulted in warmer temperature I am used to sleep at). I would recommend to add plant based milk for breakfast.

The suite on the 9th floor was great. It was very spacious, allowing for plenty of room to move around comfortably. The clean and tidy environment added to the overall pleasant experience, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation.

The breakfast selection could benefit from greater variety. While I believe that guests from Slavic backgrounds might enjoy the current offerings, incorporating more continental options would make the meal more appealing to a wider range of tastes.

This hotel has an amazing view! Very instagrammable! The panoramic view is simply gorgeous and perfect for a romantic couple stay. Besides, the breakfast is beyond expectations. The staff is polite. Special thanks to Daniel at the reception. He was super helpful while we were checking in and helped us solve some issues we had, owing to this our stay was superb!

There was a wide selection for breakfast, and it was very tasty. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. A pleasant stay for two days. The parking was good, but it was a small fee. All in all, would recommend.

The hotel is more modern, with concrete ceilings that give off a slightly cooler vibe. The soundproofing isn't the best either, as quite a bit of noise could be heard from the neighboring room. The TV is not very modern, so it doesn't support an evening of Netflix and chill.

This hotel is very VERY good. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need, the view on the sunset was awesome. Beautiful and colourful design of the rooms, but very stylish and rocky style in the restaurant. Parking is for additional cost, and is very tiny (if you have a long sedan or jeep it will be not so easy to make movements). Breakfast- WOW. Different types of cheese, ham and eggs, pastry, cereals, sausages and many other delicious staff. It worth the price 100%. So after staying for several days in Germany, where the accommodation was dirty as hell and renovation of the time of Cold War (for almost the same price as this hotel) - Sono Hotel is a treasure.

Very nice accommodation with easy access to the university and the tram into the city

I was on the 5th floor and could hear the music from the attached concert hall - it didn't go very late so didn't disrupt my stay but still was a bit bothersome. Also there is no real lobby to sit in if you are looking for a place outside your room to sit and talk with others or do work.
