Great value and very friendly staff. They helped me with last-minute directions since there were many closures for the holiday celebrations. Place is a little out of the way, but it's on the main tram line and was close to where I needed to be in the evening. Bolt (Uber) was also easy to use. Very accommodating staff, restaurant provided a saved meal that I brought to my room for a late meal after my event. Really appreciated that. Food was excellent, and a decent price. Room was very nice. Small (normal for Europe) but nicely equipped with all the basics, including fridge and work desk. Beds were great, very comfy. Heater was adjustable. Room / area were very quiet.

Place is old, so there is a lousy smell in the hallways. But rooms and restaurant were fine.

Room was one of the biggest I've ever stayed in, two sizable double beds both extremely comfortable. Great selection of TV channels on the TV, lots of space, very good breakfast, staff were quite helpful. Shower was great if a little outdated but water temp was perfect. Mini fridge too which was a very unexpected surprise.

Was somewhat noisy at times, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, was a good 20 mins away from the city centre.

Very comfortable bed, 24-hour reception, far from city center but very close to a tram station. I received some vegan items for breakfast (coconut yogurt, soy milk, Hummus and beetroot spread) directly to the room when I'd mentioned beforehand that I'm vegan, which was really nice and really enriched my morning :)

Minor, but soap comes in bags. Also, the vegan items were great, but it would have been better (less wasteful) to add them to the buffet for everyone to enjoy..

Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Located in a quiet location actually on a sports campus. Tram is around 5 minutes walk away so easy access to main train station & town centre in around 15 minutes. Bed was good & room clean. Will stay again when I am next in the area.

Very friendly staff, spacious room, great breakfast and very quiet. Yes, the hotel is not quite at the central part of the city but you could easily reach it via tram - its few minutes of walk from the hotel. You can buy the tram tickets from the staff too! For those that are coming by car, there is also available parking and you don't need to pay anything in addition.

The hotel is cozy with included breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the room had everything you need. Since we traveled far and stayed here for the night, we really liked it. There was little choice for breakfast, but if you eat eggs or cereal- you will find something to eat! We really recommend it :)

We didn't liked the bathroom door, cause it don't fully close.

There is a new sports area right in front/ opposite of the hotel, some kind of tennis or similar, laud noise all day until late in the evening. My dog and I did not like that constant annoying noise. In the past it was nicely calm and quiet but with this sport addition we will not come back unfortunately.

Great location! Area feeled safe to park motorcycle ( I had no doubts for leaving motorcycle overnight ) Just around the corner there is great bar “The Roses …”

After getting keys and walking in hallways - I was bit afraid. But after I opened room door I was amazed (hallways need some cosmetics - but rooms are super! )

Soft floor in the room entrance. A rocking floor slap i the entrance. Was very annoying. Very old and curly carpets in the hallways and our room. At the area of the rooms there was a smell of ancient home. Seem not to be cleaned on a reglar basis🧐
