The hotel is very nice, simple but cozy and modern, not too big. It has a good restaurant attached with excellent beer and food which we appreciated after our journey. We stayed in two double rooms with single beds. The rooms are rather small but are nicely equipped, with a big mirror, good beds and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was splendid, rich in all aspects.

The bathroom is great with all you need. However, the bathroom door is old and makes noise when opened. In addition, the bathroom does not protect against noise, so you can hear everything while lying in bed. Not only from your bathroom (toilet) but also from your neighbors' bathroom. I think a four-star standard shouldn't lack this.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was flexible and helpful regarding our special requests. And the daily cleaning and straitening of our rooms was so nice.

I would suggest making sure that pillows are not worn out. Our room 118 had one pillow that was worn out and not easily able to sleep on (Folker - 20.7. - 26.7.).

Room was clean, bed was OK, breakfast also fine. Receptionists were really friendly and professional, big thumbs up for them!

Not really a negative, but the breakfast room had this socialistic-school smell, though some might like that I guess. A vivid kindergarten flashback hit me there. ;) No bacon though. :( And very limited parking space dedicated for the hotel. If you're going by car, be prepared for extra costs for parking space (either way).

This is my second stay here and the staff are just so helpful and warm and welcoming. They give you information about the local area and the public transport. The breakfast is incredible I wish they would give me the secret to their scrambled eggs. The rooms are light and clean. The bathroom is great and the shower has good pressure. The hallways are clean and tidy and the guest bathroom downstairs immaculate. Worth every penny or Koruna

Relatively comfortable room, clean and spacious bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Helpful and nice reception service. Parking available (however additionally paid).

As usually - price could be probably more attractive. Parking is available, however you need to pay additionally. In my room there were no glasses (except the ones in a bathroom) or kettle.

The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful. Breakfast is really good and tasty.

Although the booking showed that we were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), we got a room for 3 people. The little one could have been placed next to me and hubby in a double bed, but! we got a room with 3 separate and narrow beds. The worker found a crib, but it didn't have a mattress or even normal bedding.

Almost everything. Excellent breakfast, clean, polite personnel. Tramways no 1, 10 and 3 drive to the downtown (Ceska tram stop). Easy ticket issuing on board with credit/debit cards. Parking place price is 12.5 euro.

The response time to lift the bar when getting in or out of the parking. The ring button did not function properly. I should call by phone twice.

Tram near the hotel. 10-15 min to the center and the lake. Nice breakfast, not crowded.

Very strange smell in my room. If you add breakfast and parking, it is not cheap to stay. First time ever when the receptionists could not give any useful information about the area or local food.

Good location, 15 mins from city center by tram. Station is almost front of the hotel. There is a car park near the hotel, at the weekend it is free. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean, and warm. I liked the restaurant/pub, connected to the hotel but better to reserve a table.

Everything was perfect, my friend and I booked a room last minute because we were evacuated from our University dorm and we couldn't ask for a better option (also price-wise). The rooms were clean and spacious, various options were provided for breakfast and the hotel restaurant was impeccable. Definitely recommended!
