Above expectations. I was lucky to be given a room with a view of the castle. The three receptionists I met were all friendly helpful and welcoming. The room was very spacious. A bit outdated but very clean functional and comfortable. Location a 20 min hike from the central vibe. 20 min from train station. On river embankment with road and tram traffic noise. But with window closed no worries. Room might be hot in a heatwave but fine when I was there.

The room was perfect-spacious, very clean and pretty furnitured.The breakfast was nice and served in stylish clean reastaurant from that was perfect view of the city.

Parking was mentioned as a part of hotel as "there is parking place ".But actually it was for an additional fee,for night it cost 18 eur. Entering was so narrow and low that if yoy have bigger car you should be very carefull going in,what is more we had "Thule" baggage up and it hardly went through. So,just take in your mind this detail

Cosy room with functioning heat and a frigobar. Close to S-bahn station and about a 20 min walk to the city center. There’s a supermarket about 5 minutes from the hotel, which is a plus. In general, I think it’s worthy

breakfast was ok but I wish it had more variety. Especially fruits (there were none). The bed could’ve been more comfortable.

The hotel is absolutely ok. Nothing fancy, a little bit old, but really clean and nice. The staff was nice too. The room was ok, the bed is comfortable. The location is not perfect, but the center is only 15-20 min on foot, so it is not so challenging and there is a tram stop too close to the hotel. The breakfast is included in price and it is a pretty good continental breakfast. So, we were satisfied.

There is nothing wrong with this place. Only the location is not perfect. The neighborhood is not fancy and not close to the center, but ok.

I liked having an apartment-like environment. The separation between the rooms gave it a much-appreciated environment. Although I saw a few negative comments, this property exceeded expectations.

Wonderful staff, big room with a sitting area, great shower pressure and lots of hot water. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. Very close to trams.

The mattress was very firm. I didn't mind, but might not be to everyone's comfort.

Breakfast was very nice , the room was comfortable the bed was comfortable.

I found the shower to be a pain, the shower head fitting were very cheep and as a result were not 100% functional and the piece of glass that was the barrier was too small and the bathroom got wet which is unpleasant and dangerous.

My room looked better in real life than in the pictures. It's very close to a tram stop, so getting there was pretty easy. The view from the restaurant was pretty nice. Staff were nice and understanding.

I thought the opening hours of the restaurant (for breakfast) were a bit restrictive. (The food options for breakfast are also a bit limited). Sometimes I could hear my neighbors, especially from the bathroom.

Breakfast was great, nice dining area. Room was comfortable. Bed was alright. Heat was too low if you want your room very warm. Location was good, couple of minutes from trams.

Heating left some to be desired. TV is outdated but not horrible.

The property is located very close to the city center and in the walking distance of the Mendel Square. The hotel is located on the river bank with close proximity to hospital, few restaurants and grocery shops. The hotel itself is nice with nice and helpful staff. My room was quite simple but it was enough for 2 nights. The price of the room was very nice (low), which was great due to the last minute trip to Brno.

The hotel seems a bit outdated with rooms. My room for example didn’t have AC. In addition, I was missing the shower curtain in the bathroom. I had to shower sitting in the tub not to make too much mess. There is a rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served (with a very nice view) but it is closed after the breakfast. The breakfast itself also seemed a bit poor. There was bread, eggs, some cheese and ham and coffee, tea or juice.
