The bed was comfortable and the best pillow I’ve had so far on the Czech Republic. When the new promenade walk is done it’ll probably be easier to reach by foot (make sure you have 20 czk if you want to use the bus that stops directly in front of the hotel). There are some stores and cafés nearby, but be aware they are only open during the weekdays, because they mainly service the office complex.

I wish that instead of replacing the towels every day (even though they say they don’t) and replacing the bedding after the 3rd of 4 nights they would wipe the floors (they did in the bathroom). And hover the carpet. Doesn’t have to be every day, just in between guests.

The hotel feels modern and well-maintained: spacious, quiet rooms with a very comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness throughout, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The front-desk team is professional—check-in was lightning-quick and the staff gladly helped with everything from transport to sightseeing tips. Breakfast is one of the standout perks: a wide selection of fresh hot and cold dishes, constantly replenished pastries, and quality coffee. The location is convenient—you can reach Brno’s historic center by taxi in just ten minutes.

The biggest let-down was the evening restaurant. In the 40–50 USD per-person price range, there were no tablecloths—only paper placemats—and the server merely set the bottle on the table without pouring the drinks. At a nearby table, Russian or Ukrainian guests vaped throughout dinner and the staff did nothing. Although the schnitzel and salmon were made from quality ingredients and the chefs had clearly put effort into the prep work, the final execution and seasoning fell short: some potatoes were overcooked while others were still hard, and the vegetables in the soup were underdone.

Good, solid 4-star hotel. Quiet room, good ventilation, rich breakfast.

The reception staff are primarily busy with their own business. I don't need any extra attention, just checking in and out, but both times the staff couldn't concentrate. Also, what's really strange is that the water flow in the sink was bad. You had to wait for the water to drain into the sewer when you showered. Is this a Marriot? There are additional fees for parking, which makes it expensive. I booked this hotel through the booking.com platform. Booking.com stated that the hotel has a swimming pool. This is not true, I was disappointed. What email can I use to write a letter regarding my Marriott account?

A modern hotel in the industrial center of Brno, located right by the Svratka River and the train station. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with functional air conditioning (unfortunately, it's quite noisy). The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows. The view from the 15th floor over Brno is fascinating; I recommend rooms facing west. You can even slightly open the window. The breakfasts are rich and delicious. Excellent value for the price.

However, the air conditioning is noisy, and the registration process for internet access via Wi-Fi is confusing—when trying to connect via my mobile phone, I accidentally selected the paid "enhanced" internet, which I didn't even want. I couldn't find the price list for this service anywhere, and a single wrong click means you're already paying. In the room, I would have appreciated more comfortable chairs at the desk, drinking water, and a minibar (the fridge was empty).

Quite central location and nice rooms with good views of the city. Underground parking on site and good value for money. I’ve and water machines by my room. Large beds. Will choose this hotel again when in Brno

The plug socket on the desk in my room was jammed. Reported it within 5 mins of arrival and was told maintenance would come. That never happened so working on laptop limited at the desk to battery capacity. Car park spaces are quite small so not easy to get in the car if someone parks next to you.

The lobby is lovely, and the rooms are well-equipped, furnished, and have AC. When I checked in, I noticed the room was missing a minibar, so I called the front desk and they brought one in about 30 minutes. The breakfast was good and not crowded. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The rooms are a bit small for 3 people, and there was construction next to the hotel at my time. It’s about 15/20 minutes walk to the center. If you have a van, note that the underground parking isn't suitable for large vehicles, but you can easily park on the back street. Additionally, there are no luggage services. And the bathroom has no Shataf.

Quite new modern hotel with a focus on being "green" Good bed, blackout curtains. Enough towels! 2 big, 2 med, 2 washcloths and one for the floor. There is filtered water and ice cube machines in the hallway. Air-condition, Water kettle, fridge and blow dryer. Secure parking under the building, cost €20 a day or you can park outside of the hotel for free. (Note: if you have a tall vehicle you might not be able to park inside) Elevator from indoor parking to the room/floor. Taxi is affordable.

The only thing I can think of is that the handle to turn on the water was a bit hard to rotate. But if you have ok grip and no soap/oil on your hands you will be ok.

Everything, I always love to come back to Brno when I am traveling for work! I've been staying here several times already and it's really a pleasure. Super clean rooms, nice staff and good price :)

The location is maybe a little out of hand if you need to go to the center of Brno, but it's not like it's too far. Honestly, there's nothing I would rate negatively about this hotel.

It felt more special than lots of hotels. It was spacious with smart, modern decor and the staff were really helpful.

I forgot to put the do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping knocked at 8:30am which felt quite early considering I was on holiday and check out wasn’t until 12pm.

What's not to like, everything was smazing, The room was perfect with fantastic views. When you get off the lift, you are greeted with huge windiws with different aspects of Brno. I recommend an early start for breakfast as the selection is always fresh and immense. The staff professional, approachable and smiling. Decor a modern take on the 1950's vibe I got. I will not hesitate to go back, and £100 with breakfast included for 2 was what you can expect to pay for airB&B PS no bottled water in rooms as every hall has a chilled filter water dispenser
