Room was clean and fresh. The entire hotel was refurbished recently. We stayed only for one night to rest on a long trip so didn't expect any special amenities.

- Parking was not easy. You cannot reserve parking at the hotel ahead of time. We were traveling 1000 km before reaching the hotel at 22:00 so it would be nice to not have to deal with finding a public parking place, which was not easy. - No official wifi - there is a free wifi hotspot but I wouldn’t trust it. Such things are never safe. - AC looks brand new but it doesn’t turn on. No one mentioned to us that we have to ask for a remote control in the reception. We found that out on the day of check-out when looking at other guests’ comments.

We were very satisfied with our room (apartman deluxe) - we were traveling with our baby and were looking for two separate rooms to make sure we don’t disturb her sleep. This room completely met our expectations, we were also provided with a crib for a baby upon request and I also appreciated blackout curtains. Beds were truly confy, everything was clean, air condition was a bonus. Breakfast was fine, selection of food was satisfactory and staff was always around to pick dishes or fill empty trays.

There could be more kitchen accessories (bigger pots, cups etc) but we didn’t really miss anything during our short stay

We were forced to check in late by Natural causes - but even at 00:00 reception people were polight, helping us in all possilbe ways and stay itself was very comfortable and relaxing. If not the breackfast - i would definitely mark it 10.

Breackfast. Total disaster. Small room where all of the clients just can not fit - so you need to stay in row to get in to stay in the row to get food and later to try to seach for eating place to sit. Food, itself, was good - if it would be enough for all.

The hotel is clean. The breakfast was well done and they kept up well with resupplying items. Plenty of tables to eat at. The stall was professional and friendly.

The hotel is far away from the main train station and even a ways away from the smaller station. Not convenient for people arriving by train. There was a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and everytime the fan was turned on in the bathroom a access panel that went to plumbing fixtures flew open and dust came out. No water is given in the room so we had to buy a bottle from the front desk and no free bathroom items. We also had to pay for a toothbrush. Nothing is close to the hotel.

The breakfast is easily five-star! Extremely wide range of different foods, even the display is formidable. The rooms are big and comfortable, we booked an apartment for 3 persons, it was huge! It even had a hotplate. Everything is new and clean. The smiling staff was awesome, too. Tram stop is in a few minutes walk, a 15-min ride straight to downtown, very frequent line (every 10 minutes).

The water pressure on the 8th level was a bit low but it's the laws of physics, I guess! Nothing you can do with that.

I like the very fact that we could stay at the hotel with our dog. Breakfast is ok with a quite nice selection of good.

No water offered for the dog while we were staying at the hotel restaurant though the hotel stands for pet friendly. A lot of hidden costs on the top of the bill, council taxes, room standard upgrades, no free parking, difficulties to find the parking place no parking reservation possible either.

Whey you are approaching the hotel, you might be a bit afraid of the location and the exterior, but trust me, the hotel is amazingly renovated and so comfortable. Great bed, a lot of space, very modern amenities and perfect sound proofing in the windows made our stay very much relaxing. The breakfast was slightly busy, but the selection was great and especially if you like infusions and teas, you are going to be in heaven.

Hotel Vista is a large, custom-built warehouse for storing people, rising over several floors on the outskirts of the city centre. Having said that, it's an attractively appointed warehouse that greets you with a spotlessly clean and well-decorated reception area that suggests a hotel of a higher grade and price! Check-in was efficient and friendly. There are two lifts serving all floors andall the public areas are kept clean. There is ample offstreet parking and a short walk will bring you the tram stop for the city centre. The tram journey is between 10 - 15 minutes. There is a large restaurant serving meals up to around 9 or 10pm. However, the biggest plus was the breakfast - it is excellent, with a huge choice, including for vegetarians. Also, there are plenty of staff around at breakfast time, so food is constantly being replaced and tables cleared. My family and I would stay here again if only for the breakfast.

There is wifi in all areas with no password, but we found it too patchy to be effective so couldn't use it. Also, the lack of password calls into question the security of the network. Being a custom-built modern high-rise, the building lacks character and the rooms are no more than functional.

as the location is not so close to the center of the town, is at 100mt to one of the main street of the town that take you right straight to the center: there's bus and tram passing by very oftenly. its cleaning and personal is kind and prepared, the room was big and comfortable, free parking around the hotel. With a car you can reach it very fast because it is close to an highway exit, the breakfast was good and fresh. The price average is really good

i would increase a bit the cleaning (there was hairs in the toilet), there was a kitchen in the room but no tools and no water or food. i would book this hotel anyway

Check in was good. The room was clean. There were towels, some hot drinks for make yourself. Breakfest was cool, different kind od meals, fruits, vegetables, eggs, brads, yogurts, juice, coffee. Check out was also ok.

The stuff was a bit angry, no one smiled at us. I expected more emotion. 14 days earlier my collegue was in different hotel in the middle od the city and they had bigger appartment, with two rooms and big bathroom, with welcome drink - bottle of wine, for less money! How can this happened?
