We had a wonderful stay at OREA Resort Santon Brno! The hotel is impeccably clean, with every corner well-maintained and inviting. The service is exceptional—staff members are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering serene views, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Our French Bulldogs felt completely at home, and it was heartwarming to see how well the staff and facilities accommodated them. It's rare to find a place that takes such good care of both people and pets. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for both you and your furry companions, this is the place to be!

Resort was very clean. Staff super friendly and spoke good English. Food was tasty, just wish had different food for breakfast each day we stayed. Rooms were air-conditioned which helped tremendously during the heatwave we experienced. Beds comfortable. Bathroom had quality toiletries. We got a room with great view for which im grateful to the staff, exactly what I asked for. Pool was good sized, clean and water was comfortable. Surroundings were great, short walk to the pier for some cold beer with a view. Across the lake were places you could swim, rent a paddle board, suntan. Highly recommend checking those. Short drive to the castle. Would come back again.

The hotel is by the Brno Reservoir offering a wonderful panoramic view to the lake and surrounding woods from its terrace. It can be easily reached from the Brno city centre and Brno train station (approx. 20 minutes by taxi, or 40 minutes by tram 3 & bus 54). Our room was as described in the offer, spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel has a swimming pool with four different saunas and a gym. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious with variety of options, vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and a range of fruits, sweets and ice cream. The stuff was super nice, providing entertaining programmes for kids. It is an excellent place for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay, boat trips on the lake, the Ververi castle as well as Bohemian Jazz Festival in Brno.

We enjoyed our stay in the OREA Resort Santon Brno hotel and very much liked all the activities we did, boat trips, swimming, sliding, hiking, Ververi castle, Brno Museum of applied arts and Bohemian Jazz Festival. We have no complaints.

OREA Resort Santon is conveniently located at the southern end of the Brno reservoir. The decor is clean and modern, and the staff are helpful. The hotel has some nice facilities (indoor play area, foosball, pool tables) to keep kids occupied, and the attached wellness centre is small but overall a pleasant inclusion in the price of the stay. Robes and slippers were provided. The room we had (Deluxe Double) was a little on the small side, but it was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The included breakfast was also delicious. Apart from the usual buffet items you would expect, a member of staff was on hand to cook Eggs Benedict to order. Dining on the terrace provides a superb view of the reservoir.

There was a little noise from surrounding rooms, and we could hear music coming from the clubs and bars nearby (this was a Friday), which might disturb people looking for an early night! However, all the sound seemed to shut off promptly around midnight, so it wasn't a particular issue for us.

I really like the property, breakfast was great, dinner was great, spa zone was nice, location very good near the lake. I like that booking a massage is automated. The restaurant has great view on the lake and big terrace. Place is really good for family with small children.

Only 2 things which comes to my mind is that from the booking pictures it might be misleading that we will get a room with a lake view. Another thing is that price for our room on Monday was 150, but on Tuesday only 100. I found it a bit frustrating that the difference if so big while we can stay only on Monday.

It was one of the best stays I had in the recent years. From the initial warm welcome on reception upon our arrival, through entire stay and to us getting out of the doors on our last day the hospitality level was exceptional. The room, the view, the breakfast, the restaurant, the wellness - all was great and made us enjoy our stay very much. The hotel restaurant offers decent selection and tasty quality meals and a beautiful view. The hotel staff deserves a specific mention - through our time in hotel we came to contact with many people - reception, wellness, restaurant - and everyone were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Visited in December, winter, and the hotel is cozy for that period. You get access to gym and spa (pool and different saunas). We made use of the couples' massage (for extra fee) and it was a good experience. Breakfast has a good selection. Weekends can be busy for both spa and breakfast area. The busy periods for breakfast are communicated though. We used the restaurant (which is same place as breakfast) a few times and it has good food, somewhat pricey which was expected. Staff is very helpful in both spa area and the hotel itself, just ask for anything (slippers/towels etc.). Room was modern and overall looking/maintained with plenty of space. Location near reservoir is nice, there is a walking/running path.

Room was cooler than expected and the temperature control didn't seem to change anything. As mentioned, breakfast area can get busy when hotel is full, especially between 8.30 - 10.00 on weekends, can be stressful to get a place, foods are replaced slower, coffee might run out from the two automatic machines and the pancake line is blocking quite a bit of breakfast area.

We stayed for just one night and didn’t use the spa or pools, but everything else exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of options. There’s an electric vehicle charger conveniently located in front of the hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Traveling with our 2-year-old, we were delighted to receive a small gift for him upon arrival, which included a coloring book, crayons, a booklet, and a small toy. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with children’s cosmetics like shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. Additionally, the corridor near the restaurant featured a children’s play area, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Overall, a great experience!

Room: A lovely room with a comfortable bed, providing everything we needed. Breakfast: A good variety of options to choose from. Wellness: A pleasant wellness area featuring a pool and multiple saunas, including steam rooms.

TV: The HDMI port was difficult to access. Dining Area: The space felt overcrowded, making it challenging to fully enjoy the experience. Fortunately, we managed to find a spot during breakfast, but during peak hours (8:30–10:00), this could be much more difficult. Towels in Wellness Area: Guests often left their towels on deckchairs, ignoring signage prohibiting this behavior. As a result, many deckchairs were unavailable despite being unoccupied. I suggest clearly reminding guests of the rules and regularly removing abandoned towels. Introducing a fee for replacement towels could also discourage this practice. With better enforcement, seating would likely be sufficient for everyone.

Breakfast was great . Rooms are looked nice and clean . Great location . Friendly staff .

The is a bit of shortage in parking places in the hotel parking area . I had trouble with staying in the enclosed jacuzzi and pool area because of the chlorine fumes . My eyes began to tear after few minutes after going in there , either they use to much chlorine or a better ventilation is needed there . Room was just in front of tennis playing area which turned out to be noisy .
