We stayed in the summer, so the place was pretty quite. The room was excellent for a family of 4, or 2 couples sharing. The sliding door/walls between areas, allowed it to become like a flat with separate rooms. The rooms are finished to an excellent standard, the automatic foot lights at night were a great feature to get around. The kitchen was high standard and drying room was great when we came back from the lake and would be great for skiers. The view from the beds, was pretty spectacular. Having the gondola on the roof of the hotel was a great feature.

The spa was great, a pool would have been nice. But very little to criticise about this place.

Well, I chose the hotel for the perfect location - huge parking at the cable car for skiing. But the staff was very nice, the room is spacious and designed very well. They also have a cute Japanese restaurant for the dinner and quite nice and modern spa area.

They should really fix the elevator! It's just embarrassing for the new hotel to have such a dumb elevator. Especially since they have two second floors (spa vs ski room) - when you mix them up (not labelled), you have to wait until elevator closes one door, tries to go, realizes it's already at the second floor and opens another door. You spend like 10 sec waiting! It's both hilarious and infuriating. Other than that, not much to say. The room on the sunny side got overhead just from the sun, so without air conditioning (I couldn't find it), it took quite some time with open windows to cool down, and that's winter time (just think this might get really bad in summer, but then maybe they have a central air-conditioning running).

Very beautiful modern hotel, with original and cool decorations. The room is spacious, clean, original, comfortable. We had a very nice view on the mountains. Beds were comfy, we had a quiet and peaceful night. The reception has a bar and games, a cinema and popcorn! The spa is beautiful and modern.

The bathroom and toilets are open on the bedroom with clear transparent doors! So we have no privacy when we use the toilets or the shower... Why?? Also, the spa is pretty nice, but has no pools whatsoever. It's only hammam and sauna. Too bad!

Lovely design hotel in the heart of Flims. The location couldn't be better, right by the lifts and just a few minutes from the train station. Charming coffee shop and various shops in the attached STENNA Flims area, adding to the convenience. The room design and attention to detail were great, and breakfast was delightful. The Spa also was really relaxing. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

As a design hotel, it had its some quirks, like the bathroom layout having abundance of glass. The pillows could have been a bit comfier, but the hotel would have likely provided alternatives if asked. Despite these minor notes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't find them to be major drawbacks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we have no complaints.

The location was spot on. We wanted the convenience of being able to get straight to the gondola. The rooms were nicely decorated and the reception area/bar was very welcoming. Breakfast was just right and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa. When my husband left a shirt in the room the staff were very helpful and posted it back to us immediately thank you for that!

It did feel a little like we were staying in the shopping center that was never really open. As the shops closed as we were getting down from the mountain! The room also ran a little hot and the thermostat didn’t seem to be effective, although it was easy enough to open the balcony door.

I really enjoyed almost everything in the hotel. The location is superb, the staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, made me feel very welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, I liked the style. The spa is just fantastic after hiking the whole day. The drinks at the bar in the lobby were well made.

The variety of the breakfast with more fruits would have been great. To be honest I was a little shocked by the absence of noise isolation in the room. I could not only hear people talking but I could hear what they were talking about in the room next to mine.

Very original design and the decor is very elegant and well thought out. Highest quality of construction and materials. The bathroom was wow!! Beautiful terrace too. The staff were all super friendly. Dinner was nice, on a beautiful terrace with good food. Good breakfast. Great value for money. Amazing spa.

The dividers between the terraces are only about a foot tall which means your neighbors can walk right on to your terrace. My neighbors had a dog who sat there staring at me. No air conditioning or fans available.

Staff are really friendly and you couldn't get a more convenient location for skiing with ski hire, ski room with boot warmer and ski lifts all in walking distance on same level. The hotel design is also nice. Breakfast was good too.

There are very few added extra's, for instance no handcream or body lotion in the room, although they did give it to us when we asked for it and no drinks or snacks in the mini fridge. Wouldn't expect these to be free but would be nice to have something available. Also no Netflix or streaming services on TV. Spa has no jacuzzi.

Great breakfast, bar, and spa, with convenient access to the garage and a grocery store located within the building. While there's no pool, the spa, with its three saunas, especially the Finnish one, was a standout, offering a stunning view of the valley. The hotel is located at the bottom of the ski slope, in summer a great starting point for numerous hiking routes.

Location is perfect with also the well-equipped lockers incl. heating for ski boots right next to the ski lift. Apartment Loft had plenty of space for storage.

Even though the apartment loft is part of the 4 star hotel, the expensive accommodation price did not include breakfast nor the use of its wellness area. The hotel itself is generally very dark and doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel.
