The location is superb. Very clean and modern rooms. Little kitchenette,but you have everything you need. It's great to have a balcony, and there was a drying rack for clothes, which was very handy.The beds were clean and comfortable and a very generous size. We were allowed to leave our bags on the arrival at the reception, and we did the same when we were leaving. That was very helpful as we arrived by the coach. The staff was very helpful and pulight. There is a restaurant too,but we didn't use it, so I can't comment, but it's great to have that option. Overall, we had a great stay.

There were no major issues. It was great to have a shower, but after a few minutes, water would start collecting in the tray, and it took a little while for it to go down. As the fridge is quite small, we didn't expect a massive one, but it had one off the shelves broken on the door. It was a slight struggle to keep the milk and anything that you put in the door shelves in. The weather was quite hot, and even though we had a balcony and a window plus a fan, it would have been great to have air conditioning, but we knew this when booking, so next time we will look for a room with the air con.

Apartment is in quiet side of the city and walk distance from the city. It has nice restaurant and the sea is just on the corner.

Studio we had was on the south side with all day sun, no air conditioning and only one window so in hot day you could not get any breeze in and it was way too hot. Due to this specific studio place hotel should consider air conditioner. Also hotel should replace existing pot and pan as they were so big for existing induction that you end up having only one burning hob for cooking

Location, rooms, friendly stuff, nice interior

I'm not sure how, but the hotel is encouraging smokers to smoke in the balcons, which is forbidden by law in Lithuania, by leaving ashtrays in the balconies. This is really sad, as we had to keep our balcony doors always shut, and we could not spend time there due to our closest neighbour. If you are a sensitive sleeper, ask for a room not to be next to the lift, as your bed will be just over the wall of the lift.

Great location. So convenient to go to the beach, to the town center. Nice, large sidewalk and beautiful forest... Will definitely come back. Great drinks at the bar. Awesome cappuccino.

I couldn't sleep well because of the blinds in bedroom were not completely covering windows. And a little noisy at night. People coming back from the beach singing.. Breakfast food could've been better.

Pleasant service by all staff. Fairly priced restaurant food, good size portions and good food quality. Very helpfull and polite apartments owner in the reception. Location is nearby the Baltic Sea, 5min walk across dunes with amazing white sandy beach. If we will come back in Sventoji once more, this place will be our apartments choice again. It was a pleasure stay here.

The apartment was great—family-friendly, with plenty of space, and exceptionally clean. The terrace was nice for spending evenings. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the sea, with a lovely pine tree forest nearby. It's also very close to the main street of Šventoji, where you can find all the main restaurants and activities for children.

The only downside was the paid parking (15 euros) by the facility. They did offer free parking 700 meters away, which was okay.

Clean and full furnished rooms , we had everything what we needed realy good . Administrator very helpful. Staff friendly . Strong recomend and is worth money for what you pay ! ! ! Definitely we will come back

We had 3.10 Need to repair balkony door as not working properly and in shower room extractor making strange noise looks like soon broken will be also kettle not from firs time you can switch on be nice to replace

Amazing place close to the beach. Friendly staff and great clean rooms. Close to city center Very close to the river if you like fishing.

Parking fee could be cheaper. Can't change temperature on AC. It is always set to 21 and is turned on only in the afternoon. TV options very limited and no Netflix or YouTube to entertain kids.

Good location if you are looking apartments near the beach. Clean rooms, nice restaurant at floor level. Good place for family vacation

Not very comfortable bed and very annoying flashing light on smoke detector especially when trying to sleep. Also lighting can be brighter in the main room
