Great pool and lovely area to relax. Lovely staff. We loved the breakfast, loads to choose from, bacon eggs, sausage, fruits and pastries. Our room was lovely, turndown service each day too. Grateful to have a small fridge in the room for some fresh milk for my child. Towels provided for the pool. The tram to Nantes is a 7 minute walk and €7.20 (15 minutes) return for 2 adults. The same tram can take you to Châteaubriant (50 minutes) the other way for around €26 return for 2 adults We had a wonderful stay and would go back again!

You can’t control the air con, and it ran a little hot for me. But I’m being super picky!

The location of this hotel is perfect as you can get on the highway within 5 min. The cleanliness, friendliness, and food is commendable. Ample free parking within the hotel premises. Very well maintained property. Reception staff is courteous and speaks good English. Housekeeping is also very flexible and comes to change sheets, towels etc everyday giving you a crispness of luxury. The swimming pool is very clean and children love it. Air-conditioning is good even in peak summer. Mini Fridge was appreciated in the suite to cool your drinks. Laundry self wash and dryer service are available for little change. The grocery store is walking distance if you want to pick up a snack and drinks. All in all, we were very satisfied with this affordable and luxurious hotel. 😎👍

The repetition of the same items on the warm menu section of the breakfast buffet, but their fruits salads and cold cut section is good.

Very clean and large rooms with a very comfortable king size bed. Great facilities, nice clean swimming pool and a good sports room and sauna (which we didn't try but just looked at). Supermarkets and even a bar close to the hotel. The shower was great and the air conditioning worked very well. The room was quiet and we slept well.

14 euros for a pint of IPA in the bar is steep even by Paris standards, but at least they have IPA. Also the coffee capsules in the hotel room weren't replenished after we used them on the first day. The fridge wasn't very big and didn't seem to cool what we put in it to any great extent. Minor criticisms all the same, and we would certainly stay again at the rate we paid.

We had two two night here on route from Cherbourg to Il de Re and it’s well Located off motorway etc. first two night were great, restaurant on sight is very good quality and most of the staff are friendly and really helpful. It’s a big hotel with big capacity but didn’t seem too busy so there is plenty of space. Parking is good and very secure. Really good to stay here with kids too as the pool is great after a journey. Restaurant is very good, while it’s expensive by comparison to other local options, we chose to eat there each night as it’s very good. Kids menu is perfect too.

Fist time we stayed, all the staff were great, second time we stayed there might she’s been new restaurant staff who gave a weird vibe we didn’t get the first time and restaurant service was still okay but not as sharp as our first stay.

Rooms are much nicer then photos ..staff don't speak much English but are helpful and nice . Pool and outdoor area and hotel very clean .we had kids with us and the restaurant was expensive for feeding then but there is a bakery and pizza grill (which is delicious)across the road ..the hotel is also 5 mi walk from tram which takes you straight to Nantes in 15 mins .there is also a supermarket and shopping retail park with mcdonalds 5 min walk from hotel ...all the things I wanted to know before I booked .pool is small but clean and also deep 5'9 so I had to goninto pool with kids everytime as they couldn't stand in it .overall lovely 4 star hotel would definately return except for the deposit issue of €150

Beware €150 deposit, which I still have not recieved back 3 days after leaving, would not accepted the €150depsoti in cash also very very annoying. Restaurant very nice but expensive

We were traveling and it was an overnight stay. It’s located by a busy road and not far from the ring road, easy to find and the windows double glazing was sufficient to make our room quiet. We travel lots and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Plenty of secure parking, very large clean modern hotel. Good reception experience, excellent large spotless clean room with good bathroom etc. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, with service to match. Good breakfast, wide choice and prompt service. We came away saying that we would stay again and at the price it was really good value.

Lovely public areas, particularly the terrasses and pool area. The hotel is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Friendly, competent staff. Large car park.

Although we enjoyed our meal and the waiting staff were friendly and attentive, we felt that the food was not as high a standard as one would expect from a hotel of this quality and price.

loved the fact the pool has a cover so the children can play in any weather. we had a lovely refurbished room as well, it looks like they are refurbishing all of the rooms at the moment and they move your booking into one of the new rooms where possible! the best part of all was the waiter Akram! what a gentleman. he could not do enough for you. so genuine and kind and considerate. his mother raised him very well and she should be proud! my kids absolutely adored him and said he deserves a big pay rise!!

the sun beds don’t recline so you can’t lay flat which is a little bit annoying. you can’t lay on your front on these beds or lie flat on your back. I feel like some low volume music outside is also needed for a bit of atmosphere

We stayed in the hotel for one night as we were travelling through France. It is a lovely hotel that is exceptional value for money. A beautiful pool and garden area for relaxing in. Breakfast was good. EV charging was useful. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Restaurant was wonderful. Check in was somewhat odd. The receptionist wanted to write down my credit card number in full which I refused even though I had paid for the room in advance and had deposited an extra €150 for security. Two pillows were coated in plastic protective layer which was odd and meant they could not be used. Very good hotel. Would be excellent if teething issues with check in and pillows were sorted.
