Spotlessly clean. The staff are all young and exceptional. Friendly and helpful at all times. They speak several languages including English. Nothing was too much trouble. I took my breakfast and dinner at the hotel because I was travelling alone. The food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Great venue for the exhibition centre Beaujoire and the football stadium. The excellent tram system is a five minute walk from the hotel. Although I am English, I live in France and travelled by train and tram. A very simple journey through France. Nantes has excellent transport links and an international airport.

I'm English so a kettle in my room is essential for tea making as the water needs to boil. I take my own and my own tea. The staff supplied milk and a teapot so I was happy but if you are peculiar like me take a travel kettle...you can get collapsible ones now! I'm not complaining but have learned from experience.

Great staff reception from arrival until departure; had bike storage; secure wifi; fantastic breakfast. We also ate at restaurant for dinner and it was brilliant. Cyclists may think it's a wee way out of the city centre however, it was an easy ride both from and too, adding to the experience. Don't stress it because the service you receive is welcoming and awesome. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect for a stopover on a trip. The room was relatively small, but very comfortable.the bed was great.large secured parking. Food in the restaurant very good.the stuff was very friendly, helpful and professional, even though they are very young.

Nice modern newly built hotel. Secure parking. The location was good for an overnight stop on route. Seating area with bar.

Rather commercial area surrounding the hotel therefore nowhere to sightsee nearby. need a car to access the city centre.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Absolutely top grade employees!!! They handled all my requests very professionally.

There was no baked beans nor mashed eggs in the breakfast! No sausages too!!!

Nothing around the facility. - near major motorway and not charming. - very expensive due to the rugby matches !! So very low value for money feeling, which is unfair for this nice hotel.

The room layout was good. Reception staff were excellent , they provided us with coffee as we had to await our room being prepared

Staff were really helpful and always smiling. Hotel and room was spotless. Hotel next to the stadium which is great if you are into your sport. Excellent tram service in and out of the town centre
