Good location, although located further south of the city centre than you might think. Once we worked out how to use public transport into the city, things went well. The local suburb, Rezé, is worth exploring: particularly the river bank which hosts a relaxed guinguette. Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Very comfy beds, convenient parking.

The swimming pool is located in another building, one that appears to offer residential care for senior citizens rather than being part of the hotel; some guests might find this a little uncomfortable. The pool was out of order for two-thirds of our stay, which was a real shame. There aren't any nearby shops/bars/cafés that you might want to frequent (apart from the guinguette on the Sevre river, which we loved).

The staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. They answered all our queries as it was our first time in Nantes. The complimentary coffee in the seating area beside reception is a lovely idea. The room had an additional sofa bed and little kitchenette which is useful for families.

I specifically booked this hotel as they had a swimming pool as our teenage son travelled with us and there are very few hotels with pools in nantes. The pool was very small and a bit disappointing but otherwise very pleased with the facilities at the hotel.. The tram was not operational due to local roadworks but there are buses serving the route, with a regular service once we figured this out.

Clean and very comfortable. Modern décor and convenient to have the small kitchenette. My studio was a comfortable size. A few minutes from the tramline to the city. Supermarket 7 mins walk away. I found the temperature to be perfect - estimate about 21oC. Nice to have the (tiny) "swimming" pool. The lobby area was nice to sit in. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. I would definitely stay there again.

Whilst it was great to have the swimming pool in the next building it was tiny- I would estimate if you swam in a rectangle around the circumference it would be about 20-25 metres. it was fine when it was quiet but any more than a few people was uncomfortable. There was no cutlery in the kitchenette and no kettle although there is a kettle in the resident room on the ground floor.

The hotel is situated out of town in a relatively quiet suburb but is close to two tram stations for an easy short commute into the centre. Bonus: the trams are all free at weekends! Breakfast is good with plenty of choice but perhaps a little pricey. Overall a pleasant two day stay.

Free parking is very limited on a first come first serve basis. Underground pay parking available though. The area is a bit rundown and there are not too many restaurants to choose from (unless you like burgers a lot). Recommend ‘Salt & Pepper’.

Lovely use of space, bed was extremely comfortable. I loved having access to a Sauna and pool, which definitely helped me relax. The hotel isn't far from a Lidl which is handy. Not to far from the centre and enjoyed taking in the many sights. The staff were very helpful and polite. I went as a solo traveller and felt safe touring around, fully recommend.

If I was to be picky, I would only say about not having any cutlery to use I.e Fork, spoons).

Very good staff and good experience, swimming pool was closed for a day, everything very clean and good breakfast and facilities. Staff helpful. Good local shops, bars and restaurants. Nantes is a good city, very organized and green with great public transportation.

If I am being picky. The area is a little odd, next to a hospital, and a relatively busy road, but the tram stop is very close. The area is not bad just not as nice as the Centre.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. 100% the stand out for the hotel. We had a studio room which was good for us and our little one. The rooms were modern and clean and we also loved that it had secure underground parking.

It's a little bit of a walk out of the centre of Nantes through some industrial areas. However they are well paves and marked for pedestrians and cyclists. The pool was unfortunately closed too which we were looking forward to using for our baby.

Beautiful, clean rooms and super friendly staff. Particularly liked having a microwave, fridge and stove in the room. Would definitely stay again if travelling through the area.

Couldn’t open windows. Although the rooms have very good air conditioning, I do like to open the window for some fresh air. Not lots to do in the immediate area but is only a short drive from the centre of Nantes. Parking there is a little expensive.

The location is rather good. You can catch bus 38 from the airport straight to the hotel in less than 20 minutes. The bus stop is just a 2 min walk from the hotel.

The swimming pool, which is located at the elderly home on the other side of the hotel, is rather small. The water is a bit cold. I enjoyed the sauna more than the pool. Our room was rather cold at night due to the air-conditioning. There was no way to increase the temperature.

The property was as shown on Bookings. Reasonable amenities provided in the kitchenette. We did not have breakfast, so am unable to comment on that.

Only 2 negatives. The cost to park our vehicle under the building (as there was no obvious alternative if with a hire car) and we had a fire alarm go off at 2am in the morning. Not their fault, but it was of some concern that no fire truck attended, which appears to show there is no direct communications between the apartments and the local fire service.
