Very pleasant staff ... Pauline on reception / bar took time to recommend restaurants in the city, explaining in good English. The hotel was a 10 min walk from the train station. Rooms were comfortable. TIP: if you're booking an UBER for the an early transfer to the airport, make a reservation the night before through the app. I booked a 4am pick-up and it cost be 30€. Had I booked the UBER at 4am it would have cost 158€ - for a 15min ride.

Location: It is just perfect for a city break just in front of the château, beside de LU factory (the old one) the bus to the airport ( shuttle bus) is basically at the door step of the hotel. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly, special mention to Kimya, she was very good, and the man at the reception but I couldn't catch his name, thank you all

Good location, secure parking and friendly staff.

Food availability at the hotel wasn’t that flexible. Waited till 7pm to order a pizza as that’s when the kitchen opened. In reality the pizza was a pre-made frozen pizza in a freezer under the bar…. So this could have been available anytime really.

Perfect location for exploring Nantes,10-15 minute walk to the centre and Castle/Botanical gardens. Breakfast was really good,also made good use of the communal acoustic guitar in the foyer bar area ;)

Not the fault of the hotel,but if you are driving make sure your satnav is up to date! the road layout around the hotel area has changed so it is very easy to miss the correct turn. The room decor is a bit tired.

Beyond my expectations, although the rooms are quite compact the place is very clean with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff were very pleasant, the continental was great too (buffet style, unlimited coffee / juices). Rooms have air conditioning. Downtown location is excellent, right near the touristic old town and only a short walk to train station. Very good value too.

Air conditioning does work however I had to enquire with reception on how to operate it, although the controls are simple there were no instructions in the room. I would imagine other people struggle too so would make sense to provide instructions

It was very clean!! Breakfast was yummy! 20 minutes from/to the airport! Walking distance to center and opposite a castle! The staff were so sweet and Flavio, the receptionist definitely deserves a raise! 👏🏽 Enjoyed my stay.

Non at all

The hotel is in a perfect position. Close to the center, reachable via the airport shuttle within 25 minutes. Close to trams and other facilities. There’s a small restaurant in it so if you don’t want to go around to find a place to eat something it’s perfect.

Plugs are far from the bed. And there’s no toilet brush. Receptionists speak English but it’s sometimes difficult to understand each other.

Really close to rail station, Nante Airport bus stop and castle. Very clean. Good breakfast. Staff fluent in English. Luggage store very helpful as were the tourist city maps at reception. Great value for money.

Room was very compact. Not a lot of space to put suitcases (we had end room and think it was likely due to building geometry). We had them stood up and keep moving them on/off bed to get stuff out. No Aircon in rooms. But for a budget hotel can't complain and felt it was great value for what we paid.
