The location is superb. Right next to a bus stop. 5 minute walk to the train station and tram. Walkable way to the city center and basically everywhere. The silence. Stayed for 4 nights and not one time did I hear anything during the night time that could disturb my sleep. Also, the bed was pretty comfy and the TV channels available were amazing.

The true only downside from our stay was the fact there’s no blackout in the windows of the room. For someone, as myself, who can’t sleep well unless they have full darkness in the room, the fact that everyday at 7am the sun would get inside the room, one way or the other, didn’t allow me to sleep until as late as I’d want to.

Very pleasant staff ... Pauline on reception / bar took time to recommend restaurants in the city, explaining in good English. The hotel was a 10 min walk from the train station. Rooms were comfortable. TIP: if you're booking an UBER for the an early transfer to the airport, make a reservation the night before through the app. I booked a 4am pick-up and it cost be 30€. Had I booked the UBER at 4am it would have cost 158€ - for a 15min ride.

Easy to get to and from using the airport shuttle bus (10€). Close (walking distance) to the main line station and to Nantes’ main attractions. Great breakfast and evening dinner. Lovely, helpful staff. Very comfortable room.

For the money I really can’t fault it.

It was in a very good, central location to see the sites in the city The bed was comfortable, and they provided body wash. It was also in a good location for the train station. It also provided secure storage for our bicycles.

One night the air conditioning stopped working. However, the staff were very helpful in getting a fan to us.

Location: It is just perfect for a city break just in front of the château, beside de LU factory (the old one) the bus to the airport ( shuttle bus) is basically at the door step of the hotel. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly, special mention to Kimya, she was very good, and the man at the reception but I couldn't catch his name, thank you all

Good location, secure parking and friendly staff.

Food availability at the hotel wasn’t that flexible. Waited till 7pm to order a pizza as that’s when the kitchen opened. In reality the pizza was a pre-made frozen pizza in a freezer under the bar…. So this could have been available anytime really.

Perfect location for exploring Nantes,10-15 minute walk to the centre and Castle/Botanical gardens. Breakfast was really good,also made good use of the communal acoustic guitar in the foyer bar area ;)

Not the fault of the hotel,but if you are driving make sure your satnav is up to date! the road layout around the hotel area has changed so it is very easy to miss the correct turn. The room decor is a bit tired.

Beyond my expectations, although the rooms are quite compact the place is very clean with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff were very pleasant, the continental was great too (buffet style, unlimited coffee / juices). Rooms have air conditioning. Downtown location is excellent, right near the touristic old town and only a short walk to train station. Very good value too.

Air conditioning does work however I had to enquire with reception on how to operate it, although the controls are simple there were no instructions in the room. I would imagine other people struggle too so would make sense to provide instructions

Breakfast was excellent! Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Honestly there was nothing I would change - except maybe some extra small towels!
