The Appart'City is located in the pedestrian only part of the Centre Ville, five minutes by foot from the Château des ducs de Bretagne. If you arrive by car, the Parking Feydeau is just on the side of the tram line. If you need to do your laundry, there is a clean place (as of August 2023) 5 minutes by foot in All. de La Maison Rouge. The studio was big and with everything needed, except the air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect to walk around the city and eat in the restaurants nearby.

Exactly as clearly written in the information section, the street is noisy at night. So, to be fair, we got what we were told. Given that there is no air conditioning, you have to leave the window open when it is hot. They do provide earplugs to help, but it may not be enough.

It was a spacious studio with all you need to stay for several days - I did only for one night so could not say anything about kitchen etc, but seems to be quite equipped! Nice huge main hall with the reception, water machine and different spaces for breakfast, staying and work a bit or wait for a taxi.

If your room faces the main street, be ready for a lot of noise and if you are very sensitive - maybe ask for an internal yard view, HOWEVER the hotel was super nice to offer a pair of ear plugs which I found very very nice and could perfectly sleep even though I am a sensitive sleeper. Unfortunately the cups and glasses were not really clean, had to throw my first portion of coffee and rewash the cup.

Polite stuff and clean apartments. The location is great, close to most of the attractions) but also bad (see comment about what I didn't like). Overall a very pleasant stay for one day but I could stay there for more without any problems.

When you see that on the bed, instead of little chocolates, are earplugs you know there will be some noise. The convenient location in the old town means that there are plenty of restaurants and bars at the doorstep with all the accompanying annoyances. For me this was not a big problem, I live in a similar neighborhood, but for someone seeking a quite place would be...

Location, location, location. In the middle of the everything..in the hart of the city. ..close to everything.The big appartmant was very spacious, in the last floor so actually we didn‘t need the ear plugs, which were prepared for us. the staffa were really friendly and helpful. 24 hours access wirh a code.

We ordered 2 appartmants, each for 4 people. We got 2 different sized appartmants which are separated on 2 different floors (4th and 6th). One appartmant on the 6th floor was eeally spacious, however the second one was quite small.

You definitely could not ask for a better location. This apartment hotel was in the center of absolutely everything. Walk One Direction you get restaurants walk another direction you get museums and the castle. The location was perfect and the room was exceedingly large with a separate kitchen and area where I could do my work, and at all the things necessary for cooking when I wanted to and going out when I did not and the price to value ratio was fantastic

Good location, in the heart of the center, close to train station. Feeling safe at night when returning. Comfy room with everything it needs.

The receptionist on the arrival day was really unpleasant. It seemed like we disturbed him and made us feel uncomfortable for asking basic questions. He doensn't have people skills at all. The others were nice to us, but this one "welcoming" us on the arrival day left us a unpleasant feeling.

Very well located. Near to the historic area, walk distance to train station and close by the tram. Check in was easy - received instructions for code for the outside door through booking.com and then there is a manned reception for check in. The room we were allocated had a repetitive noise coming from somewhere. The receptionist was very helpful in offering us two other options and the room we ultimately got was much bigger (I think an upgrade) with no extra charge. Room was quiet even though there were lots of bars and restaurants all around.

Nothing to dislike.

I had a lovely stay, the room was very nice and spacious with all the essentials. The location was great and the staff was very helpful.

Unfortunately, it's been a week, and my 250 euro deposit still didn't go back to my bank account. Although I had a great stay, I really don't understand why they kept deposit on 1 night/70 euro stay. The hotel doesn't reply to my messages about the deposit, that's why I'd never stay there again. I hope I get my money back soon.

This place was great for our short stay in Nante. The location was good for us. It was in the city centre, nearby supermarkets and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook a few meals, and they had breakfast in the morning that was optional to the guests. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a nice size with enough space. The staff was friendly.

Location was great, right in the centre of the Bouffay area which is full of restaurants and close to the main transit lines. The staff was very kind and helpful.

There was a bad smell coming form the shower drain, which was reported. They told me it was an issue of the whole area, but I had friends in other rooms and I visited bathrooms of nearby restaurants that did not smell as bad. However, when reported, they poured some product down the drain to temporarily stop the smell.
