Everything was perfect. Location, breakfast was really good with bread, fresh orange juice, eggs, ham, eggs cheese, etc etc. Room was spacious and clean. Beds made. Air conditioning was great and easy to control. The location is fantastic. The staff could not be nicer more helpful. What I really loved was the little lobby where there is a kettle and cups, teas and coffee that you can come in at any time of the day and have a drink. Also the water fountain in the lobby where you can fill your water as much as you want with fizzy or still water. Fantastic value hotel.

Lack of space. Entrance passageway to our room was through 2 sides which opened towards each other. It was difficult to negotiate even without suitcases! City centre hotel in an old building so rooms can feel cramped. The shower leaked a lot at the base so the bathroom floor and mat were wet.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good shower, perfect spot in the centre with lots of public transport. Everything worked in the room and bathroom and for the price, with a good breakfast included, it was good value for money. I've stayed in hotels in the centre that cost more, but had smaller rooms or were shabby.

The room facing the street was very noisy, and because it was too hot and the air-conditioning only came on at 24°, I had to keep the window open. But they specified a room on the other side for next time.. Keeping the window closed would have helped a lot, and anyone who sleeps well wouldn't have been disturbed.

Variety at breakfast was wonderful, always stocked and cleaned. Fresh squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Walking distance close to so many things. Felt safe. Room was very small, but yet satisfactory and we had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay

Hallways to room had an unpleasant odor sometimes. Bed was just a little too firm, but seems to be the norm in Europe.

The varied good value breakfast. The central yet quiet location of the property. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was lovely and breakfast excellent.

We were given a very small room with an inefficient air conditioner. It was hot and it felt as though it may have been the least appealing room in the hotel. We were staying 3 nights and requested a different room. The staff were excellent and our second room, excellent too.

Very Central, clean, comfortable beds. The only issue was that the room was really cold. But we told reception and they fixed it straight away. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend.

Nice, light room in a central location. We were able to leave our bags there in the morning and check in when we came home at 10pm, there is a 24-hour concierge.

The room is small so only a tiny table and stool to sit on if you need to work, some rooms are on the ground-floor quite near the breakfast area, though we were on the first-floor. But this was all fine for us.

Great hotel in a fantastic location - everything you need is within easy walking distance The staff were all really friendly and professional. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is really tasty (also plenty of it). Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here next time I'm in Nantes.

Location was excellent, the room was adequate for our needs

Our bathroom was extremely cold, the heating was provided by a small wall mounted heater and it wasn’t sufficient to heat the bathroom. In addition, we specifically chose the Ibis because they accept dogs in the hotel. However, they did not allow our dog to stay in the breakfast area. We therefore chose not to eat breakfast in the hotel. This was very frustrating, if our dog is allowed in a bedroom then why not the breakfast area. It cannot be a question of hygiene because our dog is accepted in many restaurants in Nantes. It is simply a bad decision by the hotel owners. They need to learn quickly from their mistake and accept dogs at the breakfast tables. Children are accepted, yet they are often very badly behaved.
