Excellent location (city centre, walking distance to majority of tourist attractions, tram stop nearby, good connection with the airport and Flixbus station), very good wi-fi, comfy bed, nice smelling toiletries, high quality bedlinen and towels, available luggage storage. Clean hotel, offering tasty breakfast (highly recommended: butter + strawberry jam, as well as croissants - mmmmmmm...). I had a pleasure to meet three receptionists (even though I stayed there only one night) and they are all very kind and helpful. Thank you, guys! Interesting concept, that I liked. Everything is as in the photos. Rooms are small, toilet (with the door) is separated from bathroom/shower (which has no door - it is separated from the room by thick curtain) - not a problem for me, particularly since I was completely informed about all details in advance, during the booking process. I knew what to expect and it was my choice, my decision to accept it and book DEMAIN. And it was a good decision - I am very glad that I had an opportunity to stay in DEMAIN! :-) Very good value for money (especially having in mind crazy prices nowadays). Finally, thank you DEMAIN team for upgrading my reservation from single to double, due to the occupancy of single rooms.

It would be good to have more options of egg preparation for breakfast. If it is complicated to provide fried eggs, at least hard boiled eggs should be served. Currently, it is possible to make only (too) soft boiled eggs (or, maybe, it is up to me - I didn't manage to make hard boiled egg!). More than one cheese and ham sort would be also welcome, but it is not necessary.

Wry cute hotel in a great location. The rooms are not huge but they’re perfect for a short stay. I loved the decoration of the whole place. It’s super cute. They offer some things for drinking and even small pastries for free in the lobby of the hotel, which I loved)

I’m not a big fan of the note inside the shower telling people to pee in it (to save water). I agree with saving water, and I assume a lot of people might already do that, but my germ aversion was a little put out

Great little hotel in an excellent location. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful (though everyone in Nantes is friendly). All-day free coffee and tea was a welcome bonus.

Would have preferred a slightly bigger bathroom with a regular door. The bedroom-bathroom setup is not super optimal for two people sharing a room. But all in all v good value for money.

Amazing hotel very clean everything was okay The staff was very kind and they recommended many interesting activities and good places for eating and drinking The breakfast and the coffee were excellent 👌

The towels were a little bit small. There was no salty food at breakfast except a little bit cheese (only one day :( ) The elevator was old but functional

Great value hotel in a very central location. Close to tram stops, bars, restaurants and shopping area. The staff are extremely helpful- nothing is too much trouble for them. There is also a delightful little outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a coffee. Free coffee and croissants are available at the reception. Hotel has good WiFi - loved that you didn’t have to log in everyday! Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location to center of town. Nice quite area just up from main road. Close to everything and about 10 min walk to bus to the airport. Hotel is lovely and clean , beds very comfortable. Rooms very clean , staff excellent. Only gripe is the bathrooms are less than private even for a couple! Other than that well worth the price

Bar the not so private toilet , everything was excellent.

You were excellent at getting one of us to the airport for a very early flight. Your help with this was superb. That made the person feel safe traveling alone. It was much appreciated.

Because of the intense heat wave it would have been great to have air conditioning. You unfortunately cannot control the weather.

This was a nice room near the city centre. The room was very clean and nicely presented. There was free coffee and croissants provided but we left too early to sample. We were in a different building to the EC reception. It was very quiet.

The room is very compact but we knew that on booking.

The location of this hotel is perfect for seeing all areas of the city! And even though it is so central we found it to be quiet and peaceful. There are no fans in the room but the lovely woman on reception went out of her way to track one down for us which was really appreciated!

Rooms are small but spotless, very comfortable bed and pillows. Location is perfect for access to all the sites, transport etc. Excellent hotel rates considering all the above!

A bigger room but as we only used the room to sleep in this was not a major issue.
