The whole experience was great! The location, right next to the Pommeraye Passage, was perfect for me. I wanted to be close to the city center and have various means of transportation easily within my reach. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was exactly what I needed!

The room was very clean! The only problem was that in the last 2 days, a spider popped in one of the corners. But, I understand that it was hard to reach it, as someone would've had to move the wardrobe. Although, as I'm terribly afraid of spiders, I didn't enjoy its company :))

The location of this hotel is wonderful! The room was a generous size with beautiful doors leading out from the bedroom and bathroom to overlook the city street. There was no noise from outside the hotel either. Bed was so comfortable too! The breakfast had a nice variety and was tasty.

There were minor issues around housekeeping. One day it wasn't done until just before 5pm as they were short staffed. This is totally understandable but it was a pity that I had to enquire about it a couple of times before I was informed and before it resolved. However, the staff were friendly and I appreciate my lack of French didn't help matters!

We booked a larger room and it was worth the extra. Full breakfast is very good though quite pricey. Express breakfast was better value. Beds are very comfortable and cleaning service very good. Lovely to be able to throw open the large windows and view city life all around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is lovely and it's easy to get to all parts of Nantes, thanks to the excellent trams. It's 5 minute walk to Commerce where all tram lines converge. All public transport free at weekends. Plenty of bars and restaurants everywhere.

There was a mosquito sharing the room with us and we got bites.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city close to many shops and restaurants and yet still very quiet at night. Very clean room with a lovely view of the street. Breakfast is good with fresh local products. Lovely decor. Reception staff are courteous and helpful.

The room was quite dark, did not have enough lighting. The elevator is very narrow and tiny, not ideal for large luggage.

I have reduced my stay by a night, but the refund did not came back. somehow, the refund should be returned but did not happen.

Location for city area and sight seeing was perfect. Surrounded by a large shopping area and christmas markets. Trams, buses within easy reach as also was train station (15min walk)

Hotel offered breakfast each day but was expensive at €19 per person

Super location, lots of shops and restaurants within the immediate area. Very friendly staff. Lovely decor downstairs. Clean and modern rooms. Very quiet at night.

I found the dark paint in the room and bathroom made the space a little bleak! Maybe if I had asked for a room with a street view it woud have been more appealing but the dark room along with no view made the room feel a bit grim.

Excellent location in the heart of Nantes, many local restaurants, easy walking around Al the features of Nantes. Nice staff and well kept building and room.

The room was quite small and dark but to be expected given it is in the very heart of the old district.

The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the city center and yet very quiet. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate our wish to change the room of our children to a room with seperate beds. The breakfast is complete and remains supplemented with fresh products. Products are coming from regional providers as well.

It can make a difference to replace the paper cups for tea and coffee in the room to real cups. I also had to ask whether the used cups and teabags could be replaced. Same goes for toiletpaper.

Staff were better than excellent, they asked me to rate then using a 5 start system, I would give then 6. Breakfast was excellent. Location was central to places of interest.

Would have been great to have a 24 hour reception.
