The decor of the hotel was exceptional with different themes. The bed was comfortable, the shower good and facilities for tea and coffee making useful. It was good to have a comfortable lounge downstairs where we could sit and read in the evening. The breakfast and staff were excellent and there were several good restaurants within short walking distance. The city has a lot to offer both ancient and modern. The buses and trams offer a regular service which is free at the weekend.

The room was a bit cramped but we had chosen a 'cosy' room and we managed. The availability of lounge on ground floor was a big asset.

Arrived early so we ended up having a look around the city but they had no problems holding our luggage till check in. Arrived back at 2pm for check In room was very clean and cosy perfect for a romantic getaway. Shower and bathroom very clean and well laid out. Coffee machine in the room although we didn't end up using it and the TV only has french channels. Not an issue for us as we didn't spend much time there. The reception area was lovely you could bring a bottle of wine back and have a wind down there. Overall absolutely lovely hotel very close to everything! And Nantes city was absolutely brilliant

Nothing at all

Being in the CBD of Nantes was the best with many restaurants nearby to choose from. It was just a walk to everywhere and everything. There was plenty of public parking nearby including for my van which I prefer to park in the open. The rooms are small but quirky and many amenities are provided. The bathroom spacious and modern. Really friendly staff and a great breakfast. Love the kitchen being part of the breakfast space.

Stylish interior in Maisons du Monde style. Centrally located.

Breakfast is supposed to have a "family kitchen" atmosphere. You eat in the lobby area seated at small tables. The staff is supposed to prepare eggs/bacon live in the open kitchen. However, there was no menu presented what is available and staff was not very attentive. The selection offered at the breakfast was rather small.

The staff were all so friendly. Great central location close to everything restaurants shops and local attractions. Breakfast had a nice selection.Bed was really comfortable.

Room was decorated very nicely but there was possibly a few too many ornaments which caused a little clutter and limited space. Eg we had a large brass peacock ornament under the clothes rail that kept falling over when we moved our clothes on rail.

Location. Location. Location!! Staff were lovely. Incredibly comfortable bed and great pillows! Lovely decor.

Like all hotels in big cities in France, room was small… I stayed in a Delux room, which had a king size bed (and a small wardrobe and desk). Found it snug, but this fine as I was a solo traveller. (I would have found it very tight if travelling as a couple.) No fridge in the room….

The location was perfect, a very short walk into the city centre. Shop, restaurants and cafes everywhere too. Great choice to be had for food. A great variety of food on offer. Would recommend to one and all too.

Have no complaints from such a beautiful city. Everything worked out well for me.

The room was very comfortable which meant for a great sleep and enjoyable stay! The staff were extremely lovely and were there to answer all our questions as well as addressed our queries promptly. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfectly placed - walking distance to most items within Nantes.

Despite the above, the size of the room was very cosy but still extremely comfortable.

The room has everything you need, but almost no free space left. If you travel with big bag - it can be a problem. We were with a little bags and weren't too much time in the room - so it wasn't a problem

A wonderful hotel with modern decor, comfortable and clean rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city with many restaurants, patisseries and shops just around the corner. The staff were helpful, friendly and spoke good english. We really enjoyed sitting in the lounge of an evening with a glass of local wine.

The cosy rooms are exactly that. They are on the slightly small side but it didn’t affect our stay or experience there.
