I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my experience even more pleasant. Both the hot water and heating worked perfectly, adding to the comfort of my stay.

The only improvement I would suggest is that there was no hairdryer in the room, which can be inconvenient for those with long hair. It would be great if this could be provided in the future.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Secure bike storage provided during stay. I was able to leave bike bags behind and collect at the end of my cycling trip before my flight back home.

Lots of stairs to climb as there is no lift, but that’s made clear in the hotel description and wasn’t an issue for me personally. Breakfast would be better if it included muesli or granola as an option instead of cornflakes and choco pops. Would pay extra to get a croissant or pain au chocolat. Breakfast was good for what it cost compared to other hotels.

Lucie and Bertrand are lovely hosts, they are very welcoming. The rooms clean fresh towels and room cleaned everyday. Location is perfect

Just the stairs up to the room. I'm just not as fit as I used to be but I knew this. I'd still recommend for those who want to do sightseeing as it's so central with some nice cafe bars on your doorstep

Nothing, except perhaps we did have to climb to 5th floor with bags. Not a big problem. We loved the place otherwise, including the ground floor spot where we locked our bikes.

You get no idea about this hotel from the outside. The room was spotless. The bathroom brand new. The hotel is setback, so it is a cushion from the revellers in the street. The bed mattress firm, almost orthopaedic, so good news for my poor back.

In a perfect location in Nantes, super easy to find. Great room - there was a big comfy bed and everything was clean and comfortable. I felt safe as a female solo traveller in the city, and there's so much to see and do in Nantes. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

So so friendly and helpful staff owners etc lack of lift was something we knew before we arrived but owners helped us room very big and central lovely welcome lovely breakfast room in my opinion should be given 2 stars !!
