We arrived in Nantes airport at 9pm on a Saturday, so it was extremely convenient for us to take a free bus from the airport and head to the city center (about 45 minutes with one change), where we easily found the apartment after a two minute walk. This means that the apartment is really well located, for better and for worse: We were lucky enough to receive a family studio located on the side opposite to the elevator, so our windows were at the side of a quiet "cour". But I am sure that if our flat was on the other side of the corridor, we would have found it hard to catch some sleep, as the party zone is located right in front of the house. The family flat felt a bit impersonal in the evening, since the decoration is sparse and the lights are all too white for my taste, but during the morning it was pleasant to have windows on both sides. The bathroom is large and the kitchen seems to have everything one needs, including a coffee machine, which was nice. We paid less than 80 euro for the night for 2 adults and 2 kids, booked last minute, so we think it was a really good value for money!

It's not that I didn't like it: We didn't take the breakfast, because we had the impression that the breakfast area was too small and imagined that it would be too crowded in the morning. We also wanted to sleep longer, as we were very tired. Maybe extending the breakfast time until 10:30/11:00 in the weekend would be a good idea? Otherwise, if you miss breakfast at the hotel, there is plenty of cheaper options outside ;-) Another point to keep in mind: We picked up a rental car in the next day and the only (private) parking that we found nearby the hotel was extremely expensive. We just parked in quickly to pick up our luggage and fill our water bottles (15 minutes in total) and were charged 1,50 euro. It is probably very expensive if you have to park longer.

I picked this hotel after using Google street view to see the area, having checked on Booking .com for location, looked central with amenities When we went out the first evening found there were restaurants, bars, food outlets all within 5 mins walk, with so many different styles everyone should be happy.. The room was brilliant, some of the UK chains could learn from them, fridge and small kitchen, big bed and space within room. Nice continental breakfast. Very near all tram lines so good for travelling around, as well as been central for walking.

Located at the heart of the center of Nantes, it has an excellent location for those who are looking to be in the heart of the action. We had the family suite which is on the top floor and it was very very spacious and the sofa bed was more then comfortable. The only problem would be the noise coming from the street and lasting late into the night which is normal as the hotel is really in the center. Other then that this is a good standard 3 stars hotel and the price is very good.

The noise from the street but that goes with the location. There are earplugs for each person which is a nice gesture.

Amazing location for transport links and tourist attractions. So many restaurants nearby and the staff were really friendly. We liked that there was water cooler to refill our bottles. We don’t speak French but all the staff had great English and made us feel very welcome.

In general the hotel and our room was very clean. Very clean floor/bathroom/sheets etc but we did feel it was a little dusty and some of the decor was a tiny bit tired. If I’m being picky, I would have liked 2 towels per person - one for body and one for hair.

The location was exceptional, in the centre of the old town in Bouffay surrounded by restaurants and bars. A decent sized supermarket was just a few minutes walk. The location couldn't have been better. The room was excellent. Bathroom had a good shower. The little kitchenette area was well stocked with everything required for preparing snacks or basic meals - crockery, pots, pans etc. Decent sized fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave with grill facility. The room was a reasonable size. There was noise at night, just the pleasant buzz of the nightlife outside. Earplugs were provided but we didn't need them as we had the fan on and it drowned out most of the noise. The noise didn't last too late into the night. The value for money was exceptional for the facilities provided and the location. We didn't need to walk more than 5 minutes for anything.

The check in time of 4pm is quite late. We knew this was the case when we booked it so we're not complaining about it, just wishing it was earlier! Otherwise all was perfect!!

The hotel is very centrally located in an area close to the bus station that takes you to the airport (it's an easy three-minute walk) and also close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Most downtown city attractions and landmarks are within walking distance, which I think is this hotel's greatest asset. The room I got on the first floor was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the pillows were perfect; not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spacious. The kitchenette was small but included plenty of items to cook or prepare something (including wine glasses). During my three-day stay, I only used the refrigerator to store water bottles and the coffee machine to make a cup in the morning while getting ready.

The room I got (112) faced a bar and a sort of alley, so the noise was constant. It'd quiet down until 1:30 or 2 a.m., though sometimes voices from the street could still be heard. The handheld shower head was too big and heavy for the shower arm and kept falling off. I didn't get room service during my stay; it was unclear if it was something I had to request.

The location is great, very central to the centre of Nantes. It has great transport links.

Not all the staff were customer friendly. There was an issue with the lift that we were not informed about, i.e. you needed to use your key-card to work the lift. There was an upgrade to the lift which meant that our card did not work. No one informed us of this. There was no signage to inform us of the upgrade. 16:00 is late for a check-in time! There was no information given at check-in about how to access wi-fi, not even a notice in the room.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but a bit cramped and very hot as we hit the crazy heatwave. Fan was pretty good but maybe it needs air con in future. . Location was fabulous for everything. Loved it

The lack of air con was our only problem and maybe a bit noisy as it was city centre..not really a big problem or anything to complain about.

Great location, right in the heart of bars and restaurants. Tram stop just around the corner. Bed was comfy Free water refill station in reception was great Well equipped facilities. Great value for what we paid (although we asked to stay another night and they quoted €200 which it is definitely not worth)

It didn't bother us as we knew what to expect and we used the free earplugs supplied but it is very noisy, both outside and the other rooms. The shower gel and hand soap on the bathroom were both empty.

We like these appartment's because they are well located in the city and near to the shops and the tram line. there is also a supermarche close by which is handy. There was a sofa and fan in the room which all helped to make a good stay.

The apartment was different to the last one we had so the layout was different and we had to ask to move rooms but the receptionist quickly found us a suitable room and our stay was comfortable.
