The name on the hotel and the name on Booking.com were different!!!Took us an hour to find!!No One had heard of it. THis was very annoying since we were told it was a short waalk from the station. It WAS but the name was wrong on the front of the hotel!!!Very confusing.

Excellent location between the train station and the city center, on a quiet street but close to restaurants and shops, very friendly and helpful staff, acceptable breakfast selection, price appropriate for the quality.

Room furnishing (only 3 shelves and a coatrack with 6 hangers, no chest or drawer, small table), unclear and irregular cleaning method, air conditioning would be useful on hot August days.

The room was clean, bright, and exactly as shown in the photos. The common areas were very pleasant, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. I also appreciated the convenient storage with individual drawers for each room—it kept everything organized. The best part was the amazing terrace with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

The only minor downsides were the slightly old plumbing and a leaky shower in the bathroom, but these didn’t overshadow the overall great experience

Overall good for its money. The location is perfect for both travelling by train and exploring the city with touristic purposes. Wi-Fi connection was more or less ok. The breakfast is plain, but more than enough. There was always food on offer, the breakfast room was well-kept and not overcrowded. The staff is very nice and friendly. There are touristic maps and brochures available. I left my luggage after the check-out, and also used a possibility to work a bit in the small lobby/ breakfast room.

The carpet in the room is smelly. The door to the toilet is a coupe one. I was ok with that given I travelled alone.

We arrived very late so the codes to access was easy to find. All comfortable and clean rooms lovatoon is excellent easy walk to castle and cafe bars. Great as we needed to catch train and station 5 mins walk staff helpful and friendly.

Send me a meesage in english but below that message was another one in french which I didnt translate it was for our late arrival to call them for codes?? When tralised on plane we had to call urgently? These codes should have been sent to us ditectly on secure messaging? Otherwise we would have been in the street sleeping? Shame as good

Location is great, railway station, tram and tourist attractions are near by. Well cleaned rooms. I'm happy about their service, even though they provide breakfast 7 - 10 a.m., they prepared a small breakfast for me even I checked-out before 7 a.m. So this is highly appreciated.

Room doesn't have enough lighting facilities, its gloomy and dark. It felt stressful if you stay long. Recommend for very short stays. Room size isn't enough and I think they do not have A/C rooms

The name Originals was not on the hotel. it took us one hour and many locals to find .(it was just 10 mins from the station). Our second visit was easier, since we knew the way. Hotel Novella was in small print.only, making it hard to find. taxi cannot come right to the door, but up the street a bit. No problem if you can walk a short distance. No internet in bedrooms, but could use dining room for computer use.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Khadiga on the front desk. I had an issue with my shower and they fixed it instantly. I love the location too. Right in centre of everything and all transport links.

It's off a back street which is a bit grotty but hey its brilliant value for money and two minutes from some great restaurants, pubs and all attractions. Thanks

If you arrive at the Nantes train station, make sure to get out through the South Side exit. Then the hotel is just 2 minutes walk away. If take the north exit you are going to get lost... I had a small room on 4th floor under the ceiling, which was very hot in July. The double bed and pillow were good. Very good bathroom and shower. There are a few bars nearby.

I arrived late so they sent me a code to get in and said my room key would be in an envelope. But the envelope was hidden in an almost invisible box in the wall. Fortunately another guest with a French phone called the emergency number and someone come to give me the key.

The Hotel was great location and very clean and tidy and great links for the station and trams/buses , the breakfast was ok as contential but great way to start the day, i would stay here again.

The sliding door in the bathroom was abit hard to open and needed somebody on the outside to help you as apart from that the hotel was fine.
