The property is very central to all main tourist attractions. Beautifully decorated, beds comfortable, very peaceful and no noise from outside or surrounding areas. Close to Nantes train station (8 mins walk) and only a few minutes walk to the beautiful “jardin des plantes”. Staff very friendly, very informative and they provided great recommendations for restaurants. Our Bedroom was immaculate, a special thank you to our cleaner. We stayed for 3 nights in room 303 and on returning each day the cleaner made sure that our room was lovely just like the first day we arrived.

Nothing …however if I was to mention anything, the only thing would be that there isn’t a lot of hanging space for your clothes.

We liked the building, the large, very quiet and well-equipped room, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Reception staff were very welcoming and gave us excellent advice on places to visit and made us aware of the truly excellent Nantes public transport system. The hotel is in a great location, 50m from an entrance to the Jardin des Plantes with a further short walk to the metro, main train station and various breakfast options. A six minute metro ride puts you in the centre of Nantes, with a huge choice of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Breakfast was expensive, so we went elsewhere. Onsite parking was convenient, but again expensive. There was a problem with taking an online deposit from my perfectly functional credit card, (due to an incorrect process on the hotel's part according to my bank). Even though we were able to sort it out, this caused some anxiety because we were already en route and somewhat coloured my feelings towards the hotel.

The room, with its top-of-the-church views, was terrific. Not something easily found elsewhere. Breakfast was better than expected, especially the pain perdu. Location was convenient to restaurants and the park.

The shower. I know the half glass is easy to clean and very common in Europe, but being as there wasn’t even a door on the bathroom, anyone showering is wide open to the rest of the room’s air conditioning while they shower. The water was hot but any part of us not directly under it froze.

The location was really nice, situated next to a pretty local botanical garden, which included some quirky features and within walking distance of a range of restaurants and historical sites The breakfast was excellent and well-presented The rooms are not large, but quite adequate The staff were very friendly and helpful

We were surprised the room didn't have a refrigerator

Lovely boutique hotel in a remodeled old church, with arch ceilings, stained glass, very beautifully redone. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast option was well worth taking. The location is across the street from a large park, and it was nice to stroll out to shop or have dinner. The train station was only a short walk. Despite being near the station, shops, and restaurants, the neighborhood was quiet. And for a bonus, there was a beautiful resident cat that liked to preen on the sofa in the evenings and accept pets very graciously.

It was all great.

Comfy room good size and wheelchair accessible rooms. Windows opened. Has a lift / elevator. Beautiful unique hotel. Close to a lovely park and petting zoo. Will stay again!

Bathroom shower curtain needs replacing as it was very soiled at the bottom. No sugar free beverage options when we asked. Skinny twin bed seemed smaller than normal? Breakfast 21€ was more expensive here than any hotel we've stayed at. Probably worth it but for a light eater could not justify the cost so we skipped it.

We loved everything. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. We had room 309 overlooking the stained glass windows, which were very different and enjoyable. An excellent breakfast at a very reasonable price. Possibly, the room would benefit from a little less furniture, but that's being very critical and only a personal opinion. Spotlessly clean and very friendly efficient staff.

Location is a bit far walking to city center but convenient public transport very close and business area is closer than city center. Breakfast selection is a bit small but products are good. The room was clean and had enough space but was quite different from the picture of the room category.

the property was directly across from the beautiful Jardin du Plantes. walking distance from everything. The property was clean, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The petit dejuner was fantastic. Again the staff was superb!

there was nothing to complain about at all. we didnt reserve parking but there were spots right out front. parking is free 7pm-9am

I could see the hotel room at the picture so it was not surprise but I must say that what made our stay perfect were people at the reception and the cleaning lady. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. Plus good location, comfortable bed.

There was an air-condition and it was working, but still it was 23°C in the room at night. However, it was very hot week 32°C and I am used to having 18°C in the bedroom so I think it may be only my problem and most people would not mind.
