The location of the hotel is great! Really near the core of the city, with many touristic/historic attractions nearby. The staff were polite, helpful and nice overall. The room was comfy and generally clean.

The breakfast room needs to be larger, considering the number of guests in the hotel. The variety of food available for breakfast should be enhanced and enriched. Also, if the breakfast time is until 9:00, then it is not acceptable to stop refiling the plates and everything at 8:30. Finally, the room could be renewed/refreshed with some newer furniture...

The place of the hotel is very practical as it is very close to the Gare de Nantes. Also, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was tasty. The cleaning staff did their job very well. There was a kettle, tea bags and sugar in the room which is very nice.

It would be good if there were more heating in the room as it was cold at night. Also, I would really appreciate if they add some boiled eggs and more cheese types to the breakfast menu.

The staff was friendly and quick to solve an issue we had with insufficient heating in our room. The room in itself was clean, modern, and very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable, we slept very well! The location close to the castle, tram and train station was convenient.

The heating system in our room was dysfunctional (temperature was below 18°C in January). Fortunately, the staff provided us with an extra heater which did the trick nicely! The bathroom was separated from the rest of the room by a thin glass wall instead of a regular wall and had no proper ventilation.

We booked for both our arrival and our departure dates and the staff were always excellent, even though we didn't speak great French the staff could speak great English, the room was clean and well presented, although the second room was better than the first as I believe they are updating the bathrooms. the location is great and easy to walk into Nantes or use the trams which travel from just outside the Hotel.

Not sure there was much to complain about, as mentioned the first rooms bathroom hadn't been updated so the sink was a little cracked and well used but as mentioned the second room was updated and all was resolved.

Two receptionists (27th July morning and afternoon shifts) were absolutely amazing! As I arrived early, I could not check in until 3pm, but I was able to leave my luggage and go and enjoy the city! When I got back for check in, the other receptionist was very very welcoming and she also was very helpful when I had some misunderstandings with takeaway delivery driver.

There were big stains on the carpet in my room. So it felt dirty.

Obviously convenient to the train station and the room had been redone in the last few years. There was a large window that it was possible to open for fresh air. The front desk staff were all helpful each time I visited the front desk.

It was 97° f in the city that day and air conditioning would have been nice but the room stayed cool because they kept the curtains drawn and the window closed. It was nice. There was a fan which helped

Great location near station, château, Jardin des Plantes and Art Gallery. Pedestrianised street, beside tramway. Room was small, but modern and well-designed. Bathroom and shower very good. Temporary record store in part of the lobby was cool. Good breakfast, kept topped up until late. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hard to spot hotel from the station. Very narrow frontage. But fine once you enter. Bigger entrance at the back. Room was small. WiFi was good, but didn't work in the lobby area.

Very friendly staff, room was perfect, there was even little biscuits in the room which I wasn't expecting and it was such a lovely touch to have an arrival gift. Perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again next time I have a late flight arriving in Nantes.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel but if I have to give some areas of improvement I would say: - The shower was an open shower and that led to a lot of flooding in the bathroom. It would be great to have a shower broom available in the room to help make it dryer faster. - The coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast wasn't nice at all. It would have been better to make a pot of fresh filtered coffee available instead of a machine. The cappucino really tasted like water.

No breakfast required: Early departure - very handy for the main Nantes railway station adjacent (Station a little confusing, check one's Exit routes). Room comfortable, well appointed and manifested. Refreshments, Towel, Shower Mat etc Nice and quiet. Lift available.

The carpet was marked and damaged (pre-arrival).

Friendly welcome at reception. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for the train station and the local tram stop, and was surprisingly quiet despite that! Short walk from the Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne. The Jardin des Plantes (Botanic Gardens) is only five minutes or so's walk away, and is a nice place to spend a relaxing hour or two if the weather is kind.

The lift was very compact... it could only accommodate one person plus luggage at a time, really. Other than that minor point, all was good.
