Very friendly staff. The single rooms are uninspiring but when I asked for a room with a view the lady offered me a fantastic double room (with a view) for the same price. Breakfast was fine. Handy location near station, centre and a lovely park.

Single rooms are a little drab. Parking might be a problem (but I may be wrong).

The hotel is centrally located, with several bars and restaurants on the same street just moments away with more around the canal basin a little further. The hotel is also only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, the cathedral, the chateau. and the Jardin des Plantes. Helpful reception staff. I chose this hotel as I needed to be close to the station, but this hotel is equally good as a base to explore the city.

The wifi signal was weak in my room on the third floor.

Nice two-star hotel within walking distance of Nantes railway station. You can literally walk out of the station, straight to the hotel. The staff members are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. There are plenty of hospitality options near the hotel. It is located on rue Maréchal Joffre, a section of which is closed off in the evening to facilitate outdoor dining. The Jardin des Plantes opposite the railway station is an oasis of calm in the centre of Nantes.

You've seen the stairwell in multiple French movies, spiralling upwards to eternity. It's better to travel light when tackling the stairs to your room.

Room was comfy and clean. Location was great. Staff was kind.

The room had a bit of a strange shape, like a 4 meter narrow corridor when you enter the room and then the actual room at the end of it lol. Not really a con just found the layout funny. Didn't have a night light which was a little annoying but this is me just nit picking.

The Hotel is lovely, quirky, and answered our purpose beautifully. My daughter and I came for a weekend stay to explore the area. Train Station, But to the airport, city center - everything is very close to it. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was spacious, was cleaned every day, the bed is comfortable. Botanical garden 2 min away, other main attractions within walking distance. There was a little train on the square in front of Peter and Paul cathedral, which was taking you around the center and main city sights. We had very late arrival due to our flight been delayed, around 23.30, the gentleman at the reception waited for us and gave us detailed instructions about everything we needed. Thank you very much for that. We didn't order breakfast, but I had a look at it out of interest and it was decent, rolls, jam, fruit, coffee. View was beautiful, we were on the 3d floor. We were there only for sleep, it provided us good base. Quite happy with that.

The smell. It was mentioned in other reviews. I think it was coming from the toilet. We made sure that the bathroom door was shut. It was also stuffy, but luckily it wasn't hot outside, so we were able to sleep with the windows shut. It would be impossible to sleep with the windows opened though as our room faced main road and was noisy till late. Those two issues didn't spoiled out holiday. For 2 stars hotel did really good

The staff were lovely. Very helpful and even stayed on late so we could check in after 11pm as we had trouble with our trains. Very clean. Good size room and comfortable bed. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the station and about the same distance from the cathedral and shops in the centre of town. We found the location excellent.

The street that the hotel is in very lively, so to cut down the noise we were given a room on the 4th floor. There is no lift and it was a long way up the stairs, although the gentleman on reception did offer to carry our cases. As it was hot we had the window open, our choice, there was a fan, so it was still very noisy. I would stay here again without hesitation but would ask for a room on the first floor as the climb up the stairs bothered me more than the noise.

Lovely small hotel. Close to station and city centre. Opposite nice park. Staff very helpful. Room spotless and bed was extremely comfortable. Our room overlooked a road but the normal street sounds didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again

The room is clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and can easily communicate in English. The location is about 10 minutes' walk to the downtown and also a supermarket is only about 400 meters walk.

The Wi-Fi is not strong enough to be used both for phone and laptop simultaneously.

Room was a good size for the price Although on first sight it appears to be in a bad location it is actually very close to the town centre. Staff very helpful Safe place to put my bicycle

The Wi-Fi: you get the icon on your phone but very little data comes through and you have to keep on signing in repeatedly

Localisation near the bus stop, not far from the train station, really close to a beautiful park and museum of fine arts.

It was pretty noisy at night, the walls were thin and I could hear other visitors the whole night.
