The Reception staff were friendly, very helpful and gave us some great tips about where to go and what to do. The room was very comfortable, and it was nice to have some complimentary drinks in the fridge as there are no shops nearby to buy snacks / drinks. Great location, everything less than a few minutes walk away, and the tram network right across the road.

Breakfast was quite chaotic, with quite a few items of food and drink running out and slow to be replaced (sausage, scrambled eggs, almond milk, coffee machine...). Also, there are very few alternative choices for those who can not consume dairy products, and so we did not have breakfast there on the 2nd and 3rd mornings.

The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The hotel is located in the centre of Nantes and so close to the main sights of the city. It was close to restaurants and bars. The staff were professional and very helpful.

A very minor point, on a couple of mornings there were large tour groups at breakfast, so the restaurant was very busy and some of the breads and fruit were ran out, but the staff replenished them quickly

The property was very clean and the beds were really comfortable . We were on the fifth floor which we were pleased about as it might have been noisier lower down . Location was excellent at this hotel as it was easy to walk to places we wanted to visit . We didn’t use public transport but it’s very close ( and free on weekends ) The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice along with local items . The staff were very pleasant on reception . We will stay here again if we go back to Nantes .

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is located in a nice part of Nantes and there are many amenities nearby, and we were particularly pleased with a good restaurant and a bar nearby.

Although it is clear to me that the hotel cannot influence this fact much, but getting to the hotel parking lot is extremely, extremely difficult and not tourist-friendly at all. You have to pronounce some codes in French to some officials of the city administration via intercom, pass through streets and pedestrian zones that are normally forbidden to pass through, passers-by have no regard for vehicles, and all this in a city that is completely unknown to you. There are too many different and unnecessary stairs and doors, especially between the garage and the reception. Our room had four doors in an area a little more than one square meter. I wonder, why is this necessary?

The hotel is standard for what you expect from this brand. The location is great, and the on-site parking is easy and cheap enough to access. The building is newly renovated, but retains its historical charm on the outside. Apart from the hotel, the city of Nantes has made public transport free on weekends. The hotel is close to the tram station, offering easy access to the whole city.

I did not request a roll-away bed, but they gave me one anyway. No one came to remove it as promised, so I had to fold it up and shove it into the hallway myself on the second day. It was too bad to lose 2~3 square meters of space for a day.

Loved the hotel…staff was great and the room excellent except for the carpet..

Breakfast was very good….the breakfast room was very crowded so go early. Our suite was very nice except for the carpet which was disgusting, filthy and smelled like dirty socks. I told the night manager who didn’t seem to care at all.

I want to report an excellent staff, I dont know her name. She was on duty when I arrived at the hotel on 6 August afternoon around 6 pm. My family was very tired because we couldn't find how to drive to the hotel. So we park outside on the road and drag big lagguages to the hotel. When we finished check-in, she gave me directions and code to the parking entrance. However, I still lost according to my GPS map. So I returned to the hotel and asked her for help to drive with me again to find the parking lot. She was very kind and understood my anxiety. She used her map to show me the way, taught me how to access the area, and finally, we got the parking lot. She is the best helper to me. I recommend awarding her as the best stuff of August.

The parking lot of the hotel is hard to find.

Location was central and easy to walk from to any locations. Breakfast was great with a varied selection of both hot and cold food. There was on going manitenance in corridor areas, this was well signed if a little smelly of the paint but bearable.

Bar prices were a little heavy

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. 🙂 Easy to walk to the centre and trams. 6 mins to walk to/from airport shuttle stop. Room was a good size, with a fridge and safe. Shower was lovely. Air con easy to use. A couple of English channels on tv. Would recommend the City Pass and getting it from the tourist office as they were very helpful.

Wifi, internet access is weak and not stable in the room. Due to i travel for business purposes, i require internet access to conduct or prepare presentations. hence it did not help much and i have to bring my laptop to lobby and proceed with my work.
