Beautiful building, great facilities, staff are amazing and very friendly. Breakfast superb with plenty of choice, hot and cold. We booked a suite on the second floor which didn’t disappoint…..clean, spacious room with fantastic facilities, bath & shower, lots of hanging space 2 toilets, sofa bed, 2 TV’s (only news channels available in English) mini bar and some small snacks available in the room too. , A huge comfortable bed which resulted in a fabulous nights sleep. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby around 20mins from airport and 12 minutes from the train station by car. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The metre at breakfast was amazing, he was very helpful, as the rest of the team in the morning.

My issue was with Jule, I didn’t received an answer to my request when I made the booking. 1h later when I got to the hotel and asked the same request he said; “Oh! I saw your request, I didn’t answer” and he didn’t try to apologise, he didn’t give me options or suggestions. He wasn’t actually answer properly any questions. I feel a receptionist must be kind and very welcome at any time, far from what I felt.

Restaurant closed. Lack of variation in breakfast hot food. On one occasion air conditioning unit not able to be switched off. During cleaning, Items from room removed and not replaced...bath robe..water bottles...and milk and tea bags not replenished

The staff was excellent. Christian the night auditor checked us in after we left another hotel. gave us great recommendations for visit and other food choices.

In room dining wasn't perfect, for the cost of à 19 Euro burger, fries were soaked in oil and defrosted burger buns were lightly toasted...and then became soggy...and the salad really basic - french dressing as usual amazing... however as a 4 star, compared to other ... we switched hotels as the bon refundable booking from Booking. com, doesn't help when the other hotel is a 4 star and is completely dirty and smell, we moved to this hotel and didn't get checked in until 12am... the time at the other hotel was a waste and a waste of 200 Euros... not sure if the hotel or booking. com will do anything. this is the scenario when non refund non change is a mess... typically I wouldn't mind, bit it was that bad..... @booking.com please contact me.

Impressive looking hotel from the outside and did not disappoint inside. Very impressive communal areas. Very comprehensive breakfast choices. And the service from the initial welcome on reception, to the restaurant / breakfast staff was amazing - they deserve special praise.

Location, building, reception, very spacious. Extremely comfortable beds and very clean room. Underground parking in walking distance and off road access to reception

Bedroom window was a vellux window with no view felt a bit claustrophobic

person who checked us in was awesome. the room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. could be better. Nice site. Nice champagne welcoming drink.

my daughter has allergies and there was nothing (aside from straight up fruit or honey) she could have for breakfast meaning none of us had breakfast. I think you could do better there

Amazing property . Nice to stay in a historic building. Converted very sympathetically . Staff were brilliant. Very comfortable. Usually located.

Air conditioning didn’t work very well and WiFi in dormer room was non existent

The hotel itself is stunning! Our room was beautiful and spacious with very high ceilings. Everything was impeccably clean. The location was perfect for our needs-very walkable! They don’t have parking onsite but the garage was easy to find just steps away. I wish we had more time there.

we booked at the last minute due to a flight cancellation. We were delighted by the speed to get our keys in. the hotel is a truly remarkable building, with top class decoration. the room was very spacious, we got upgraded and I dont know why but great gesture (:>. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety. we left our luggage at reception so we could visit the surrounding city centre area, which is really nice. we booked a taxi through reception which was on time. Excellent unplanned stay in this hotel but would definitely recommend it
