The staff were great especially the young man whom we met on day 1. He is a keeper though he seems to work very long hours. We see him in the mornings and at night. The property seems a bit understaffed compared to other B&Bs I’ve stayed in - one of more recent was Antwerp. The property and room were very clean.

For times when there’s no front desk staff, room information should be more visible - as in signage. For example, maybe a plaque / sign with the floor numbers with each set of room numbers. There is one for the rooms on floor 0. We assisted people to look in the elevator got their room locations. So… a sign could be helpful. Also, when we say by the front people trying to get inside without codes keep asking us to let them in. This discourages sitting downstairs! One final issue was the TV cutting in and out on the last 2 nights (not a major issue). I’d stay again

Great location, clean, comfortable and an absolutely amazing shower with lots of really hot water. Breakfast was superb and all the staff were lovely.

It had A/C which was needed in the heatwave but it was only one temperature. Obviously cooler than the temperature outside but as an older lady that gets hot in the night even in winter I would have liked to be able to make it cooler.

I really appreciate the hôtel service, including staffs, personal, and also their responsibilities towards guests. The team from hotel who work with application booking are ver great people, quick response and available for help. Even I like personal who works at restaurant of hotel, very very nice and kind people and clean service...hotel location Is excellent, room bed was very very good and I was absolutely satisfied with my staying there. Highly recommend

Clean room, convenient location, friendly and polite staff!

The only problem, though a major one given we had heavy luggage, was that we were not allowed to leave it in the hotel for a few hours after the checkout. The alternative we were given was to pay an hourly fee to book storage in a nearby hotel, which we could only book via an app.

Clean, convenient. Good value for money. Fairly spacious for 3 in the quadruple room. Beds comfortable. Aircon was ok - not brilliant but ok and not too noisy at night. Continental breakfast available.

Bathroom could do with a bit up an upgrade. Vending machine wasn’t working.

The Location is very convenient for transport and shops. On Saturdays there is an antique market in the square. The rooms are small, however the price is affordable. The most important for us was the carpark, so it is available on the back part of the building and you need to book it in advance. You will pay extra per night however is very useful. We took breakfast and was quite good. Help yourself! BTW, the person in the front desk was quite helpful and gentile.This person was not available all day, so be aware that there is a high probability that tou have to do your own check in with a code.

It was strange not to have a person to guide you during the check in process. Eventually we managed with my brother who speaks french. But for seniors was quite an Odisea.

The concierge was friendly and assisted us when the room’s door lock did not function. He changed our room which was an upgrade.

There was no staff available until later in the afternoon to let us in the coded door.

Central location, secure parking was available and the staff were friendly. The hotel is set up so you can arrive and check in on your own which is quite cool and futuristic, though I had to keep my key code on me cause I'm terrible at remembering numbers

Mattresses on the bed in twin rooms were a little thin, not in any way uncomfortable but definitely basic. Also area around hotel had a few bars so wasn't the quietest if you are a light sleeper

Room clean and comfortable with great air con, lovely bed and pillows and great shower. Location was good too and proximity to the tram after a long day being a tourist.

Location was great, less than 20 mins walk from centre or 3 stops on the tram. Room was basic but quite spacious, clean and quiet at night time.

Automated check-in and no receptionist on duty for a number of hours during the day. Breakfast was good but not enough fruit and no decaf coffee except in a sachet.
