I really appreciate the hôtel service, including staffs, personal, and also their responsibilities towards guests. The team from hotel who work with application booking are ver great people, quick response and available for help. Even I like personal who works at restaurant of hotel, very very nice and kind people and clean service...hotel location Is excellent, room bed was very very good and I was absolutely satisfied with my staying there. Highly recommend

Clean room, convenient location, friendly and polite staff!

The only problem, though a major one given we had heavy luggage, was that we were not allowed to leave it in the hotel for a few hours after the checkout. The alternative we were given was to pay an hourly fee to book storage in a nearby hotel, which we could only book via an app.

The Location is very convenient for transport and shops. On Saturdays there is an antique market in the square. The rooms are small, however the price is affordable. The most important for us was the carpark, so it is available on the back part of the building and you need to book it in advance. You will pay extra per night however is very useful. We took breakfast and was quite good. Help yourself! BTW, the person in the front desk was quite helpful and gentile.This person was not available all day, so be aware that there is a high probability that tou have to do your own check in with a code.

It was strange not to have a person to guide you during the check in process. Eventually we managed with my brother who speaks french. But for seniors was quite an Odisea.

Central location, secure parking was available and the staff were friendly. The hotel is set up so you can arrive and check in on your own which is quite cool and futuristic, though I had to keep my key code on me cause I'm terrible at remembering numbers

Mattresses on the bed in twin rooms were a little thin, not in any way uncomfortable but definitely basic. Also area around hotel had a few bars so wasn't the quietest if you are a light sleeper

Location was great, less than 20 mins walk from centre or 3 stops on the tram. Room was basic but quite spacious, clean and quiet at night time.

Automated check-in and no receptionist on duty for a number of hours during the day. Breakfast was good but not enough fruit and no decaf coffee except in a sachet.

No coffee/tea making facilities in my room. The toilet was in a weird place. Couldn't connect my camera to the TV. No public pc to use.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms well equipped and quiet. Good parking. Location was within easy walking distance of city centre and close to a tram stop.

Did not like the hotels cancellation policy i.e. once booked cannot be cancelled. Hotel hard to find. Garage not obvious as at side of hotel. A sign would be helpful.

The personnel was very helpful and the location was great - next to the tram but also just a short walk from the city center. Room was really clean, within our 3 days stay we got new towels etc. Overall great place, would highly recommend!

Rooms were pretty spacious, they were lacking some basic equipment such as small fridge or hairdryer, but we could use hairdryer and iron from the reception.

Excellent location... few minutes from place Graslin and place du Commerce. The bed is very comfortable. Clean room.

There is no restaurant or room service but plenty of cafés and restaurants around

Good conditions, beauty place, good break fast, and good park car!

It’s not about the property, but, when the staff organised the bed, it’s not changed the towel! That’s it!
