The location is quite in center but the regime of check- in , check- out its very complicated , especially that if you check in late (17) as they request, you need to go with your luggages to another location ( from same group) that seems near but in fact it isn’t ! When you have luggages you are not happy to check in at 17 and mean time to let your luggages at another location! And on top, the room wasn’ so clean as it should- a lot of dust!

A crazy checkin and check out time table, and to deposit your luggages was very tume consumming and tired- i sincerly avoid this kind of booking managemnt next time

we enjoyed the stay – the central location was perfect for exploring Nantes on foot, and the easy and flexible check-in made everything smooth. Communication with the staff was great, both by email and phone. The paid parking on-site was also very convenient.

The room was a bit small – fine for a short stay, but it might feel tight for a longer visit. Also, the open shower design, without any curtain or glass, made it hard to keep the bathroom floor dry and clean

Lovely and friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Good location, a short walk to the city centre. Good value for money.

Room in the annex building was very hot during the summer heatwave. Although aircon would have been better, there was a big fan which helped. Room was quite basic but had everything necessary. Wifi was slow in the room.

The location was excellent for us (according to our plan of visit Nates). The internal parking with reasonable price. A clean room with well organized inside despite of limited space. Possibility to park the car a bit longer than staying obligation (till 3pm against 11am to check out).

The necessity to reach the room passing the the reception down/up from the street level. A bit difficult entry the hotel area from the street (you need to park around at the street before check in).

The Staff were very good, they went out of there way to get us a room early and get us a taxi on our departure. The Breakfast was for good for €7.00 - plenty of Bread, Juice, Cheese, fruit etc. Very good city center location, on a quite road. All of Nantes is walk-able from the hotel.

Note: The rooms are on the small side, on a very hot night one fan was not enough to cool the room. The reception is not staffed 24 Hours - there is an automated check in machine - however while the machine is well located for those arriving from the car park - it is poorly sign posted for those like me - coming in to the hotel from the predestrain entrance.

Good location, very close to the city centre. Despite that location, the price for the room was very low and for its price, I got decent value. Definitely enough to comfortably sleep in over the night. Guy at the reception desk was friendly and very capable of speaking english. Everything was easily understandable and it wasn't a problem to get in and out whenever I needed to.

I got a different room than I booked, but I did not mind - I just got a family room with more beds, which I did not need but it also was not an issue and I was not charged anything extra for it. I didn't like the shower, it was not separated from the rest of the bathroom at all, so it was a bit hard to keep the water where it should be. The waterflow also wasnt the best (maybe intentionally to not make too much mess with the water).

We liked the supremely friendly and welcoming gentleman on reception who spoke French and English (and possibly other languages too). We were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. It was cosy and quiet, especially considering its city centre location. The decor was neat, and consistent throughout the hotel. The bathroom was well-equipped. Logis Hotel Chateaubriand is excellently located close to tram stops but also walkable from the train station. We didn't have breakfast there, but it looked good. We spent a comfortable night there and really enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely return here again.

I didn't not like them, but a negative for some people could be that the stairs to the room are a little narrow.

Room was nice and clean, as expected from the photos. We did struggle to get into the hotel as we arrived after the reception desk had closed - maybe clearer instructions on how to get in without a receptionist present would be helpful? Nonetheless we called the hotel and got remote assistance which was helpful.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Self check-in was very easy. Location was great for town centre walk. Free parking was very important. Young man on reception was very friendly and kind and other staff were also friendly and helpful. A great value for money hotel.

The room was quite small but for our short stay it was fine.

Location very close to the city center. Breakfast essential but good. Man at reception very friendly. Very appreciated that the hotel satisfied all our "extra" requests (late checkout and parking availability also after the checkout). Very good compromise quality-price.

A bit of difficulty in the communications with the hotel (I had to ask several times before having the parking confirmation before my arrival). Smell in the room not very good (maybe a bit of renovation is needed). Room very small but perfect for a short staying.
