The location is the best part.... right in front of the river/ local transport stop. ( my room had a partial river view on the 3rd floor, obstructed by other buildings) The hotel is on a busy street but there is no noise in the rooms!!! All the staff person are very gentle & soft spoken!! There is always someone at the reception even at night, many other hotels don't have such system so that is +1...

The kitchen has electric plates (instead of a conventional gas stove) & it takes too much time, otherwise it is all good for a single person. There are no bidets / jet spray in the toilet & shower water has a preset speed that's a bit annoying thing.

Staff were helpful and let us store our luggage. Room was a good size and had all the amenities described.

Shower stall was very small and the bed was very creaky (was a little worried about its stability!). Its a bit further out than other hotels but very easy to get to using the tram (and only a 100m or so from the stop) with bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was chaotic - lots of people at the same time which they didn't seem prepared for which meant that they ran out of everything from food to plates and cutlery! I'd recommend getting an early breakfast to avoid this!

The location is easy to find. Just a few meters away, a tram line takes you into the city center or directly to the Flex Bus terminus. A small, clean flat with a few acceptable minor faults. The receptionist, a charming young lady, was very welcoming.

The room was clean. The location was fabulous. The price was good. We liked having a little kitchenette… We made some spaghetti.

The hallway on the second floor was stinky. It smelled like… I don’t know… Just smelled bad. It needs a deep cleaning on the carpets and deodorizer

We were on a cycle trip and wanted a rest day in Nantes. We were able to lock our bike securely in their bike corral in the garage. They also had laundry facilities on site, which was perfect for our needs.

The apartment was a little sparse, but it was fine

High floor as requested, quiet, compact, but clean with hand soap, fluffy towels and shower gel provided. What was really lovely was that we ended up having a balcony which we did not expect and the sun hit it between 4–7pm, which was really nice. There was also a family of swallows that were flying around and singing which was really pleasant. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. No-one on reception when we arrived, so it was a bit confusing how to get in, but once I checked my phone, I realised they had sent me text with a code to get in, plus for the safe with our key card. The only fault was not enough toilet paper provided. Also the room didn’t get cleaned throughout our stay, which we did not mind as we kept it clean ourselves. A very lovely memorable stay. No English language channel on the tv, at least a news channel to know what’s going on in the world.

This is our second stay in an Appart City. So we are familiar with the room and set up. This facility is good because they have front desk I think until midnight ot pretty late. Live the safe convenient and covered bike space.

Room was nice and quiet.

Could have provided a better cloth for washing up and a little more soap. There is a lingering odour in the corridors, although this doesn't affect the rooms as far as I can tell.

Well managed property. Studio contains all the basics. Decent bathroom.

It was generally quiet (important for me) but there was occasional noise at night from the odd room. The rooms surround a courtyard so the sound carries. There is a strict anti-noise policy at night (50 euro fine) but I'm not sure if or how it is enforced (I don't think there's a staff presence at night). Some lingering food smells in the lift and corridors.
