This hotel is well located for access to the train station by tram, and walking distance to the ferry and the famous Machines de l’Isle. It had a little kitchen with some facilities, but not well-equipped for cooking and no dining table. Comfortable single beds, and a good bathroom. Great for a short stay where you only need a bed and bathroom. Staff were helpful, especially with storing bags on arrival and departure. We appreciated having an elevator for access to the room.

The area around the hotel is not particularly cheerful, but we didn’t feel unsafe; fortunately it was summer so it was light when we returned home in the evenings. No cafes or restaurants close by, although walking into the main city centre is not onerous or the tram is a one minute walk away.

Very good position for Nantes and l'île, parking a leaving car in garage (11E/ day) worth it in hot weather. The apartments are fine inside, not air-conditioned but fans kindly left in the rooms. For the price a good option and 24 hour service desk especially helpful. Mezzanine breakfast area good with in and outdoor seating and lawned area

Very odd lift system, not clearly marked and it is possible to end up in the wrong half of the building from the parking garage.

The location is the best part.... right in front of the river/ local transport stop. ( my room had a partial river view on the 3rd floor, obstructed by other buildings) The hotel is on a busy street but there is no noise in the rooms!!! All the staff person are very gentle & soft spoken!! There is always someone at the reception even at night, many other hotels don't have such system so that is +1...

The kitchen has electric plates (instead of a conventional gas stove) & it takes too much time, otherwise it is all good for a single person. There are no bidets / jet spray in the toilet & shower water has a preset speed that's a bit annoying thing.

An exceptional stay! The location was perfect, the place absolutely spotless, and the staff attentive and kind. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. The garage was available at a more than fair price — only €10 per night. Excellent value for money overall. Frankly, I don’t understand the negative reviews — my experience was truly excellent. Thank you, and I really hope to come back soon!

Staff were helpful and let us store our luggage. Room was a good size and had all the amenities described.

Shower stall was very small and the bed was very creaky (was a little worried about its stability!). Its a bit further out than other hotels but very easy to get to using the tram (and only a 100m or so from the stop) with bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was chaotic - lots of people at the same time which they didn't seem prepared for which meant that they ran out of everything from food to plates and cutlery! I'd recommend getting an early breakfast to avoid this!

I liked that there was a kettle but there was one plug in kitchen area and it was high so kettle lead wasn't long enough. The apartment was well equipped with a full fridge.

No air conditioning. The room was extremely hot. A fan was supplied. The bed only had access one side so i kept banging my arm on wall.

We arrived early in the day but were able to leave our bags and our bikes and explore the city. Long before check-in time we received a message saying our room was ready for us.

Small detail: the power socket in the kitchen could not be reached by the cords on the kettle and the coffee maker.

The location is easy to find. Just a few meters away, a tram line takes you into the city center or directly to the Flex Bus terminus. A small, clean flat with a few acceptable minor faults. The receptionist, a charming young lady, was very welcoming.

Very simple breakfast with basic products, the price too high for that.

The panoramic windows were really unexpected — it felt awkward when people could see us and what we were doing inside.

The hallway on the second floor was stinky. It smelled like… I don’t know… Just smelled bad. It needs a deep cleaning on the carpets and deodorizer
