We had our own little house with its own front door which was really nice. Nice to have a kitchen to cook in with utensils as there was not a lot of nightlife close by without getting the tram so we stayed in and cooked in the evening.

More comfy seating in the lounge would be nice, there was a sofa bed and a dining table but when staying in for the evening we couldn’t all fit on the sofa, the garden area wasn’t overly nice to sit in. Bigger mugs needed in the kitchen just little tea cups

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. We were primarily drawn to the pool amenity as our kids love to swim and it's a great way to start or end a day. The pool was excellent and we made use of it for most of our time. We enjoyed the kitchen in our flat and cooked our meals and loved having the dining table outside. We used it to drink coffee and for our dinners and it was great to be outside in the quiet space! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for everything we asked - such as additional garbage bags, opening up the pool, and providing us with space to store a bike we had rented overnight. This was a very family friendly spot and during our stay we met several other families.

The property entrance ground (basically the parking lot) is entirely little pebbles - like gravel - and has no smooth pavement for about 100 feet from the street to the reception area. This means you cannot push a stroller or drag your rolling luggage since you'd be dragging it through pebbles and it's not possible. So this was particularly inconvenient as we had both and had to carry everything. It would be great if there was a wheelchair accessible path. This isn't a big deal if you arrive by car but if you come by tram (which is only a 5-7 min walk away) it may be a bit annoying. It was a bit hot in the rooms and there were no air conditioners (normal for France) but also no fans to circulate air.

We spent 4 nights here. The location is unusual but excellent for reaching both the airport the city centre and local shops . Bus stops and rail and tram stops a small supermarket and a bread / cake shop are a matter of a few hundred metres away. The rooms are very spacious and comfortably furnished and ours had an outside terrace which was very handy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the small pool but it looked very clean and well layed out. Breakfast was good if a little pricey. The bed was large and very comfy. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we highly recommend this establishment.

EXTREMELY Polite girls at the reception. They went over the moon to explain to us how to commute to town, what to see, they gave us maps and told us tips. Plus there is a very nice park for jogging along the small river on the back of the hotel.

The area immediately around the hotel (south side of the river) is not very picturesque. So good idea to take tram and head to town. The hotel is ferly close to town, so we can even walk (30 minutes)

We didn't use the spa facilities but have to say they looked very good. The location was very peaceful, close to the river and a park, with private parking. We were able to walk to Ile des Machines in Nantes, and also walked to local restaurant for dinner. The apartment was fabulously spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. Having your own patio/garden to sit in was a lovely luxury.

Although we had an ironing board we didn't have an iron - I'm sure they would have supplied one if we'd needed it.

Excellent apt, accommodating staff and always happy to help. Spa was lovely, pool was great and the setting was great half way between airport and city centre.

The pool was out of action for 2 days of our stay however we were offered a discount. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and the shower a bit leaky. For our 5 day stay we had to keep asking for extra toilet rolls. Note re the spa, it's better if you call before you want to use it as it takes 5mins for everything to warm up. You also need to ask for spa robes and slippers.

It was a nice surprise to come to such a secluded place in the middle of a small town. There is a lovely little garden, the pool was great and the rooms are very spacious ( if a bit functional) and light. They also had a little garden outside the room wijzere you could sit and relax.

In the little garden outside the bedroom the ground was covered in fake grass, which took away from its look and feel. Otherwise, a perfect place to relax en route.

I only stayed in the room which was huge with great facilities. The room was spotless and there were enough electrical sockets (this is an issue if you are expecting to work during a stay).

I wish there was more variety for partial vegetarians like me for breakfast. Some tomatoes or something like this would have been nice. It was a little difficult to get the room up to a comfortable temperature sometimes.

Fantastic service all around. Very helpful. €14 per person for breakfast. But well worth it. Can do your own. But for one night, found it worth having it brought to your door at the time you stated. Very quiet. Slept very well. Steam room and pool brilliant. Lovely person on reception. If have to go to this area again I would book here again..

Very clean and in a great location. The room was cleaned and fresh towels/toilet rolls provided upon request. Staff very helpful.

No soundproofing. No English channels at all on the TV not even subtitles. There is a CD player you can borrow upon request though.
