The location is rather good. You can catch bus 38 from the airport straight to the hotel in less than 20 minutes. The bus stop is just a 2 min walk from the hotel.

The swimming pool, which is located at the elderly home on the other side of the hotel, is rather small. The water is a bit cold. I enjoyed the sauna more than the pool. Our room was rather cold at night due to the air-conditioning. There was no way to increase the temperature.

The property was as shown on Bookings. Reasonable amenities provided in the kitchenette. We did not have breakfast, so am unable to comment on that.

Only 2 negatives. The cost to park our vehicle under the building (as there was no obvious alternative if with a hire car) and we had a fire alarm go off at 2am in the morning. Not their fault, but it was of some concern that no fire truck attended, which appears to show there is no direct communications between the apartments and the local fire service.

Very pleasant hotel, modern and clean, comfy bed and friendly staff. We loved the free sparkling water, and hot drink service. The pool and sauna were good even if it was in the next building. We liked that the tram was close by which took us into the center in 6 short stops, and free at the weekend !

We found the room blew hot and cold at night with the central cooling system which had us throwing bed covers on and off all night. It didn’t bother us too much.

The apartment was a decent size and had everything we needed. The small kitchen area was basic but sufficient. The bathroom was of a good size and had a nice walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. Electric vehicle chargers located in secure underground car park. No extra charge for fully charging car overnight which is a real bonus.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature although set to max (accepted it was particularly hot >32 degrees). Provided with key by reception to open windows. This did help with ventilation but made it very noisy due to proximity of busy roads

The hotel was very clean and accurately represented by the pictures. It was a very good value for what I paid. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

It was easy to drive to but a little further from the center. If you are looking to easily walk to the city center, it isn't for you. However, it is located close to public transportation. It just depends on what type of location you're looking for.

The hotel had excellent location to trams into city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and plenty of choice. The pool with jacuzzi and gym very clean and easy to use.Overall we enjoyed staying here and will come back

On arrival there was a recolving door which could not fit our cases theough and got badly stuck? Recpetion clearly didnt notice and left us to struggle? This happened to various people and they do have an alternative door can open? There is no Bar only soft drinks which was disappointing. Studio appt with no cutlery to use for tea or if wanted to cook? No bottle opener for water. Just the small attention to detail would have given them a 10!

I really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. The staff were particularly amazing and each of them went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The best part was their kindness in allowing us an early check-in and late check-out. We were able to prepare our own dinner and breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen which was an added bonus. Made our stay in Nantes worth every moment and we'd happily return if we're ever in the neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

just outside city centre, free public transport at weekends in Nantes was a pleasant bonus had underground parking surrounding area appeared at first to be a bit soleless, walking around found bakery and convenience store great for a couple of days stay

difficulties finding parking, different address than the hotel, which was at the side of the hotel but in a different street, had to park up to find, instructions for parking could have been better

The location for getting into the city was great, really near buses and teams. Our room was really nice and clean and the staff were brilliant.

The only thing missing, as we were traveling with a 10 month old was a mattress for the travel cot they provided, other than that absolutely no issues. We really liked our stay.

It's just the right place for visit my parents and it's easy to go to the center town with transport. Rooms are juste fine and people really helpfull.

I think the breakfast is really to expensive, so I didn't take it there. There is a baker just further in the street.
