There is free overnight parking in the street (from 7pm) close to the hotel. The room itself was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The linen and towels were clean, the lights in the room worked fine. We did not have a chance to use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped.

We stayed in hot June time, and it was very hot in the room as there is no A/C. The ventilator helped a bit, but not for people who can't sleep in heat. The bathroom is quite simple and the flow of water in the shower was rather weak.

I stayed here during the Hellfest. It's a bit far from railway. It's about 15-20 minutes by feet through a few bridges. In this area locates only one machine museum. The breakfast is nice: good musli/oatmeal, omlette with sausages, different types of cheese, bakings. sausages, a tasty breads. The food was added by staff constantly. The room was in another building. It was ecenomy room. For me is okay.

The price for location bigger but I guess for festival days it's a usual situation. A bit far from sightseeings and railway. But if you like walking it's okay. A bit long check-in.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were available all day for any questions we might have. You can tell they have been trained to treat customers right. The appartment was close to the centre, only two tram stops away. The residence gives student vibes with a business school next to it . Overall, you feel very well welcomed in this residential hotel. The breakfast is delicious. Staff: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Comfort of room : 9/10

There were some insects in the bathroom. This might be due to the river being next to the residence. It was quite cold at night and you could hear a background noise similar to a fan.

- No aircon, the building warms up a lot and it’s unbearable when it’s hot. We booked knowing there was no aircon but we could not leave our windows open without tonnes of bugs getting in. Ceiling fans or putting mesh over the windows would go a long way in reducing the heat, they get us through 40+ degree days in Australia. - Location, but it’s easy to get a bus into the city, if you want to be central to station it’s not the place for you.

Staff were fantastic, they were really friendly and gave us great ideas of things to do and see and places to eat during our stay. Location was perfect, near to local shops and the main center and close to public transport. Room was clean with great amenities. The gym equipment on the balcony available to everyone was a nice addition. Will definitely be going back

The location was just an 8 minute walk from the tram station, and a 20 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms were pretty tidy with a lot of kitchenwear and electric fan. Overall it was a very good stay.

The wifi was pretty inconvenient for a long stay since the password changes every week.

Very modern, spacious comfortable bed even included a small kitchen, clean.. Excellent breakfast. Great location for visiting 'Les Machines de Nantes' attraction just a 25 minutes pleasant stroll alongside the river Good secure covered parking available albeit at a cost.

Huge amount of construction work ongoing surrounding the building although surprisingly the room was quiet. The training restaurant next to the hotel was disappointing and nearby restaurants hard to find.

The location of the residence is perfect if you business or any activity in Beaulieu. There is a big shopping center nearby and several smaller supermarkets. The river is right in front of the residence, the view from the room was amazing. Room was comfortable and overall quiet. Enough equipment in the kitchen to cook etc.

The wifi wasn’t working very well; we could hear a bit noises from other room like water running.

It was fairly easy to drive to despite road closures. We were able to park outside and enquire about the underground car park adjacent to the hotel. It was well situated to walk along the Loire to see les machines de Nantes (the big elephant) (25 mins walk) and also to walk across the river to see the older quarters , Passage de Pommeraye and the Chateau des Ducs. (25 mins). We were also pleased to have a kitchenette for tea and coffee making as well as a simple supper. We did not have to use the car again and we’re able to leave it securely parked until 5.pm on the day we checked out with no extra charge after the 12€ daily charge the day before.

Unfortunately the electric induction hob was not working and there was a shortage of cutlery. The receptionist was able to provide the cutlery but everyone had gone off duty by the time we discovered the problem with the hob. Next morning we were told to switch it off and on again at the main plug but that was not accessible where we looked. Managed to cook pasta in the microwave but it was not very easy or very safe as microwave situated up high. There were no restaurants cafes or shops open in the area on a Sunday but there is the university cafe opposite open weekdays and this was spotless and reasonably priced. The skirtings and radiator in bathroom quite dusty and the extract fan. No ac so quite warm but windows in the bedroom.

It is located in a quiet part of town walking distance to everything you might need, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There were laundry facilities available the kitchenette was handy, luggage storage helped as well, the staff were very helpful although language was a bit of a barrier at times but it depended on who was on the desk they were all helpful though

The room had an interesting layout so it was a squeeze to get past the bed to the bathroom, no aircon or fan so we needed to have the windows open and I got eaten by mosquitoes, plus the curtains made it hard to open the windows so the curtains were half falling off the windows when we first entered the room
