Location is convenient to the airport and you can walk there by going through the parking lot to the NA bus stop that goes to the to the city center, then taking the path that goes to the right when you are looking at the hotel. Enter the parking lot and head to the back left corner. There’s an opening to walk through. Then go through another parking area for the B&B hotel. Continue past the entrance and towards the left corner there’s another opening that you walk through to get onto the Oceana property go towards the entrance around to the right. This is the smaller property hotel next to the huge one you can see from the airport. It might be easier to get a taxi from the airport.

Not having nice directions to find my way there on foot. When I called for directions they said it wasn’t easy to explain but did say you have to go through a parking lot. That helped me find my way there from the airport in the dark when it was raining.

Room was fine. Breakfast was terrific.

Van transport from the airport every 30 minutes was advertised in the emails I received and in the elevator at the hotel. I replied to the emails that I wanted a reservation. My family member arrived before I did and again requested a reservation. However, there was only one person at the desk, so they said they could not come to the airport. It is a short walk, but I had heavy luggage. Van service was part of my decision to stay at the hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff. No food at hotel except a vending machine and a small bar area, but bar with snacks at adjacent property, and a good food truck nearby. Also a pool available at adjacent property.

Staff said there was a shuttle to the airport terminal, but it doesn't run on the weekends. We had to walk and husband wasn't feeling well so this was stressful. Staff should be better informed.

Actually, I could say that I was upgraded because I booked a room at the Escale Oceania but I ended up staying at the Oceania Hotel that night. When I arrived at 1.30a.m. at the hotel Escale Oceania I found that its front door closed and it was dark inside. I was bewildered. How come? I had sent a message and spoke to someone on the phone about the delay of my flight and the time of arrival could be after 1a.m. and I was reassured that the room would be waiting for me. However, the Oceania Hotel was still open with bright light so I pushed my trolley back there. I was told that I would be put into a room in the Oceania Hotel that night. The room here is bigger than the room at the Escale Oceania and had more luxe.

To be perfect I could have been told to approach the Oceania Hotel. I should have been told that my room would be there that night. Because I was not told I pushed the trolley of my luggage past the Oceania Hotel and had to come back there later. So when talking about perfection of the service at this level this could be improved. But all ended well. I was happy that the reception at the Oceania Hotel is open 24 hrs. and someone there waiting for me to give me a key to my room.

The hotel is easy to find, with the name of its sister hotel perched high up as a landmark opposite the airport. This sign of its sister hotel does not only give an easy quick access to and from the airport so very early in the morning or very very late at night but it also gave me a kind of reassurance after landing late at night. Staff were friendly and helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant offers a delicious meal in a beautiful dining room at a reasonable price.

Only the price. I think it is highly overpriced and it is pinching. Truely the room is big enough, very clean and modern and surrounded with a beautiful garden. Even with all that I still think it would be better if the price could come down at least 10 per cents. But why do they have to do that ? The hotel serves the needs of the travellers, being right opposite the airport just across a car park and there is no big competition to be seen.

The staff is amazing - super friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower water pressure was acceptable. There’s a bar with a nice terrace outside.

I would have preferred a restaurant on location, however there is one next door at the sister hotel.

Good English spoken. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Good food in restaurant at a reasonable price. Very comfortable bedroom. Excellent location for Nantes Airport and returning the hire car. We only stayed here as easyJet cancelled our flight from La Rochelle on the Friday evening - with the next available flight from Nantes on the Saturday morning. What could have been an inconvenience, the Escale Oceania turned in to to a terrific way to end our holiday. Thank you :-)

Would have liked to have stayed longer!

close to airport and they let us off the 15 euro parking fee, staff were amazing and was a good value pre flight hotel, nothing to write home about but ticked the boxes

restaurant was closed and food was pretty limited, salads and frozen pizza and was a bit pricy

The advertise that there’s a shuttle and all of these things but none of that exist on the weekend. It all closes down so we thought we could get a shuttle into town, but there is none and the restaurant isn’t open on the weekend.

Clean, comfortable rooms, with a nice separate section for the kids which was very convenient. Very nice and accommodating staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Able to order out and eat in the lobby at our convenience. Great stay for the price.
