The gentleman on reception was very polite and spoke a bit of English which really helped us! Also, he gave us a choice of room, so we picked the top floor street view which had a beautiful sight of the church spire from the window. Room was clean and fairly modern, nothing spectacular but very good value for the money with a comfy bed too.

There was a slightly musty smell, which I can only describe as 'wet towel', that lingered in the halls, but the rooms smelled fine. The toilet paper was VERY thin, the cheapest of the cheap, so consider bringing some of your own if needed. DOn't let these slight downfalls put you off as the location is perfect for getting to the city and if your room is just a place to sleep this ticks all boxes.

Louis, our host, was very understanding. He had to get out of bed to let us in at 1am. Our plane from Paris was delayed making our arrival past the expected time. Our baggage did not arrive. Fortunately, we had booked a taxi

The hotel is a 15 minutes walk to the railway station. However, if we had had our luggages with us it would have been necessary to take a taxi. We are over 68 years of age

Lovely room, a nice mix of modern and traditional with some quirky, individual touches. Nice clean, modern bathroom. Great location Close to the cathedral, château and jardin des plantes. Lovely, friendly host who was really friendly, for example, showing me places of interest on a town plan and recommending nearby restaurants. Good continental breakfast.

The window opened directly onto the street, which meant it was a bit noisy in the morning, but I don't think there's much you could do about that in an old building.

The hotel is located very close to the city center, the train station, the airport shuttle and everything one might need. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room was sufficiently big and quite clean. It is absolutely great value for a great price!

Unfortunately the entirety of the stairs are covered with a thick carpet which smells pretty bad, but fortunately this stops once you enter the room. There could be for sure more attention to the cleanliness of some details but overall it was really good!

Staff was ok, the customer service was fair, the cleaners were nice tho. I had the front desk guy who only spoke French knock on my door babbling something in French then barged in looking around for something so wasn’t nice having my privacy invaded with no clear explanation

Great location and very good parking carage Onepark Cathédrale De Nantes near by when arriving by car. Room was nicer than in pictures.

It was pretty warm summer night and plastic cover on the matress made it even worse.

Great location - on a relatively quiet street but within easy walking distance of the centre of the city. The room was clean and nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good - plenty of hot water, a good shower. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, offering us advice on where to go and lending us an adaptor to recharge our phones.

the window in our room was a little bit small but this was a minor detail.

Location is perfect, only a short walk to the main attractions. Room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities in the bathroom. Close-by undercover parking available.

There were road works going on when we stayed which we weren't made aware of and they started at 7am so woke us up.

Clean and comfortable. Private parking available. Easy walk to some tourist attractions and nice restaurants.

The area wasn't very nice. There were dustbins and rubbish on all the pavements in the street so one had to walk in the road.
