Nice complex with a mixture of apartments. We had a 2 bedroomed terraced house which was well equipped for our stay and comfort. Large screen TV and fast WiFi was a plus. Large fridge and under stairs storage was good for all our needs Bedrooms were quiet with the shutters down and beds were comfy. Short drive to the large supermarkets, fresh bread and cakes a short walk and great bus routes into Nantes

Would have probably have preferred to be towards the back of the complex so less road noise. On our chill out day we couldn't easily sit outside as all the hedges and grass were being cut over the course of the day with people back and forth quite regularly. It had to be done just a shame it was on the day we were there

The room is clean and spacious. Very strong WiFi and easy parking. Best to get to the centre by car. Also possible to get public transport which is free on weekends. Take bus 85 from across the road near the zebra crossing only 4 stops to the tram station. Take Green Line 1 to the centre 12 stops Commerce. Use the same ticket for both 1.80 from machine.

For 7 nights the room was only cleaned once. Towels are not changed on a daily basis. One needs to take them to reception to have them changed and also for toilet paper! For the swimming pool during the weekend they close it by 7.30 when it's still nice and sunny ... pity during the week till 9pm. Also towels for swimming are not provided.

We really like the location, there is a bus stop few minutes walk from hotel, apt was clean and pretty, good for the price, the staff in reception was nice (especially a girl with short hair, don't remember her name, sorry). They also change our towels and took the bins (we was there only 4nights.

Cleaning staff shouted outside, laughing, talking over the phone and smoking on terrace apartments benches while working, not very good impression.... No hot food for breakfast (scramble egg, omelette, sausage or bacon for example) only boiled eggs and there were only one left when we came.. No veg, cucumber, tomato etc....For this price we always had better breakfast when we travel in different places.

They provide a large house that can easily sleep 6 adults. The house is fully equipped with everything you have at a normal house and so it was really great to stay here. Wish we had stayed more nights as we had already made plans suitable for only one night. The kitchen facilities are great. The beds are firm and comfortable. The backyard is nice to enjoy some fresh air with your food. Overall, an amazing stay.

Location was tucked away not close to city but we already knew that.

The pool, the friendliness of the staff, the balcony, the large size of our apartment. It was a very comfortable and spacious space - I think probably the biggest one bedroom apartment we've ever stayed in.

We didn't quite understand the accommodation/la résidence. Was it just a set of holiday lets or were some people living there permanently & using it for affordable housing? This wasn't a problem - we were just curious & didn't want to take anyone's permanent parking space. Also, all the notices about fines made me uneasy - they charge you for a late arrival or if you hang clothes on the balcony railings or if you check out too late. In the room it said check out was 10am on a notice on the door, but the receptionist told us 11. I then worried we'd get penalised for checking out at 10.30, but it turned out, in fact, to be 11am! We also thought a deposit/ pre-authorisation of €500 was a lot, especially for just one night.

The accommodation was great & very spacious, all necessary equipment, towels etc. So nice to have a pool. Tahere is a bakery very close to walk to. But you really need a car to stay here. Although there is a bus stop in walking distance.

But unfortunately no bar or Restaurant or anywhere on site to get food or shopping.

Very spacious apartment. Super furnished and equipped, has very comfortable beds. In the area you can find a bakery. By car it is 15 minutes to the city center. If this is important to someone, the facility is located near the city ring road so you can get there and get out quickly and easily.

We slept so well because there was no noise at night .

Staff need to be bilingual ( French & English ) . We discovered the shop on our second day where we could get supplies for the apartment. If there was a small facility in reception to be able to buy milk & bread 🥖 perhaps it would be a good idea.

Easy access to the football stadium, quiet neighbourhood (though it’s in the middle of a light industrial park, nice swimming pool, enormous apartment for the price and very helpful staff

If they modernised the decor a bit, they could charge a lot more but then the price is one of the attractions!

Spotlessly clean, well equipped very spacious apartment with large, comfortable beds and a small private terrace. . Very quiet location surrounded by trees not far from Nantes centre. . Lovely reception staff and excellent value for money.
