Receptionist extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Advised on restaurants in nearby shopping mall. No dinner available, but breakfast was substantial and tasty with great choice.

Location; a bit difficult to find, tucked in a small laneway beside a busy shopping complex. But beware, after hours, reception closes and one needs to remember one's booking number to access the IT system controlling entry to the bedrooms.

I can only give my personal experience Having arrived in the evening by bus, the hotel is a 10 minute walk up the road. It was far easier to access than the maps suggested.. It's a 12-15 minute walk to the tram station for easy access into Nantes. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm.

The walls were thin and you could hear everything, from a telephone conversation on the balcony to someone using the toilet next door.

For a budget stopover Hotel it was exactly what we needed and better than expected. The Tram is a 10 minute walk away that takes you directly to the City Centre and all the sites. Excelent Tram system and cheap! 1.75 euro for an hour ride! We didn't need breakfast but it was offered. There are vending machines for coffee. Bathroom was reasonable size as was the room. Free secure parking and close to the motorway so no fighting traffic into the city and out.

Elevator? A little dark - could do with another or brighter light. But not a concern for the price.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. It's good value for money

We stayed here for 1 night for the rugby World Cup. Perfect location to get to the stadium. Dog friendly. Rooms compact but comfortable and clean. Easy to check in with self check in machine. Met our needs very well.
