I had a truly wonderful stay at Concord Tower, Cyprus The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and great service all around. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Very friendly and professional staff, I would like to specifically mention Adam, who was the first one to greet and meet us in the middle of the night when we arrived and of course, made a great first impression. Emil was there all the time, excellent customer service, gave us a lot of good advice on leisure time. Omer, very good, we also had a few requests with him and Damla from guest relation, who was in touch with us from the first date via WhatsApp, checking on us and making arrangements, that was nice.

Amazing! My second stay at the hotel in less than 6 months, the location is perfect, and hotel spa/ sauna is great. And the staff are beyond helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to make my stay, help with anything I needed and above and beyond to assist me with my gluten and dairy free dietary requirements. I dined at the Fornasetti (as I previously tried the Capital Grill) and they prepared an amazing steak and were super attentive. Casino is a bonus as I love to spend my evenings there, haven’t yet tried the roof top bar as I’ve been when it’s closed so I would definitely go back again soon when it’s open!

The room was very clean and spacious. The reception check in and guest relations (Adem/Hilal) were very welcoming and friendly which I really appreciated. The casino was nice, some of the dealers had great English and were nice to chat with.

The rooftop restaurant could be a little nicer. A clearer welcome pack to the casino for guests could be a good idea as in casino I was pointed in different directions for 30mins before I stated to play.

The hotel is simply combining between the quality and beauty. Easy to access location, professional and polite stuff. Our room was fantastic with this stylish modern appearance. The infinity pool, drinks and music was remarkable. We also had many cuisine choices and varieties on the breakfast. The spa area was our favorite part, we almost spend half a day there 😁 Generally everything was as it supposed to be.

The only thing we did not like that the food portion was not match with the price on the roof restaurant.

Where do we start? What an amazing experience from the reception with Mr Hali, Mr Kemal and the lovely Ms Medine who ensured we had a great room but also saw to our every need. Our concierge and Valet Mohamad was also very attentive. We had one issue when the pool stopped service for food so even though it was extremely windy being the sun deprived Brits we were, Ms Duygu from guest services ensured she spoke to the F AND B manager Mr Emirjaan who ensured we were served even though kitchen was closed. As a gay couple with our New baby on the Turkish half of Cyprus, we felt extremely welcome and happy. This was a concern and i am sure many travellers like us would be worried but i can assure you the Concorde is truly a internationally fabulous hotel. We were going to cross and go to the Greek side of Cyprus before we head home but after 2 amazing days we cancelled our booking at a 5 star hotel on South and decided to rebook at the Concorde Tower instead and leave straight back to Uk from here. We booked this hotel by chance for its proximity to the Near East Hospital, but we were so happy we did. Well done guys and we will see you on Thursday again. Fantastic. Amazing. Superb are just some of the words I would use to describe the hotel and especially the staff. Ms Pumi in Fornacetti restaurant was also very attentive, especially as we had a little 2 month old. We could not be more happy.

That we had to leave after 2 days to go back to Larnaca.

We had excellent time in the hotel and especially the hospitality at the reception team ( Hilal and Ceren ) they gave us very nice room which is out of this world beyond my expectations I definitely will go again to this hotel also the food is delicious the hotel is very very clean and fresh the team of all the hotel is very kind and friendly

We only stayed for one night but made use of all of the facilities inc spa casino etc which were great. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful. The grill house was amazing we had a set menu including wine 5 courses and steaks included. The whole hotel was so clean.

Although hotel was full the restaurants were empty so our Hb buffet meal we’d paid for was so basic we were unable to eat there and went to the other restaurant. Be careful also as shower can flood the bathroom.

Great breakfast options, nice pool and spa facilities and good restaurant options. Very clean hotel. Staff in restaurants were great, food was very nice.

Room service was a bit slow on occasions. There were 3 of us staying in the room (2 adults and 1 toddler in a cot) which was obvious but everyday we were only given 2 towels. We had to call everyday for more towels which on one occasion didn't arrive so we had to use a bathrobe to dry off. Air conditioning stopped work on day 5 which we wasted 3-4 hours going up and down to reception to resolve this. Same thing on day 6 late morning which we didn't even bother addressing to not waste our time since we were leaving the next morning.
