Great location in the city centre, 3-5 mins away from the Intercity bus terminal and the public transit buses, very easy to get to if you don't have a car available. Also close to the pedestrian zone and tourist points of interest. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We borrowed outlet adapters from reception (free of charge) as we were unprepared for the UK style outlets. Breakfast was a buffet filled with local delicacies.

A bit on the pricier side for the room itself, but it made up for it with location and customer service. (Edit: the prices are actually cheaper if you use the hotel's own website.) An upgrade to the outlets to integrate USB might be quite useful as well.

Such a lovely place in a perfect location. Staff & management are so helpful and cheerful, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Our room was upgraded and was fabulous. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot & cold dishes. Totally enjoyed every aspect of our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

The only thing we didn't like about The Castelli was leaving, so we didn't . We extended our stay as we were having such a lovely time which allowed us to explore Nicosia more.

Very centrally located and close to most sights. Efficient and friendly check in. Map of area offered. Room comfortable with enough space for 2 people with suitcases. Good breakfast. Lift to third floor room is a bonus after walking for a day. I would recommend this hotel

The room was spacious, well equipped. The location of the hotel is superb, we could walk to all sights. The staff was really friendly, at the reception, breakfast and also cleaning staff. The parking lot was also great since surrounding parking spaces are quite rare. The breakfast was really good, not just english/continental.

There were some of these small flies in our room that breed in not often used sinks. We poured boiling water in all sinks, especially the floor sink, and the problem was solved. The Bed was a bit worn out with a deeper bit in the middle, not a biggie, though.

Location , cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast could have been better. Better choice of marmalades and bread for example. With simple changes , the breakfast can be perfect. Maybe the owners have to come one morning and have breakfast at their hotel. Cypriots have good taste. I am sure they will make it better .

We arrived by bus, so a very convenient location, about 100m from the Solomou Square intercity bus station in the heart of Nicosia. Very easy walk to city centre and to the pedestrian crossing point to north Nicosia. Breakfast very good and relaxed atmosphere. Our room had a small but good balcony

There was quite a lot of noise from other rooms including plumbing noise. Facilities were quite basic but comfortable. Staff were very good and helpful.

The friendly staff you had. the helpful ness of the staff on giving directions to olaces we needed to go. Also helpfulness on ordering cabs for us, espcially as we only speak English

Could have had some shower gel in the room to have a shower with , rather than the shampoo and conditioner

Great location for exploring the city. Easy to find with plenty of free parking. Quiet despite its city location, which was a pleasant suprise. Bedrooms are roomy with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with decent over-bath-shower. Great price for a weekend stay.

Dated and tatty around the edges, but clean.

Near to everything, in the middle of downtown, next to the main bus station (1minute by walk to Solomos Square) Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms

There’s nothing I didn’t like

It’s 5 minutes’ walk away from the bus station, 15 minutes’ walk away from Ledra street and 10 minutes’ walk away from Cryprus museum. There are a lot of eateries nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. Wifi works well. Good breakfast. Gotta wait 10-15 minutes for the hot water. Just be patient.

All desks and tables are covered with dust. Can see stain in the towel. Not major issues though.
