Very good food in the hotel restaurant, I particularly enjoyed the freshly made soups. The decor was beautiful, albeit a little OTT. On the whole, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

What let the hotel down for me what the lack of facilities for disabled access, no ramp at the entrance etc. plus kerbs we’re so high in places (eg outside the Chinese restaurant) even able bodied people would find it difficult. The buggies were also quite difficult to get into, a little wooden stool would solve this problem.

Beautiful hotel! Excellent restaurants , very large casino . Wonderful marina with room overlooking the sea . Also spa department was great !

The receptionist do not know how to speak English. The waiter in the breakfast area and the porter are much better English speakers. The bed was nice to look at but the wood section in the bottom is old ( kept falling off ). Also heating and cooling was abit confusing.

First if all I like the staff. I had a problem in my room and was so disappointed. But the staff helped me a lot. They spent a lot of time to fix it and gave me a new good room. I recommend this place, they treat u nicely there and help with a solution. I appreciate this a lot because they really care about people. Interior of the hotel is fabulous.

In my room the tv didn’t work properly but the staff promised to fix it. And I sure they will do it. Also they gave me a new room so i was happy

They had the most comfortable beds/pillows in the world! This is an absolutely awesome hotel. Everything was fabulous. The facilities, the staff, the location, the breakfast. Real value for the money!

Staff has very little knowledge of English, but they were all trying to provide good service regardless.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel ro check in they told us that they would upgrade us to a nicer room. We got a spacious room with a beautiful view of the marina. The bed was amazing and shower. We had a very good time. We will definitely go back.

The spa didn't have a jacuzzi or a swimming pool.

They were extremely accommodating and helped us to check in was very quickly, in the reception Mrs Hande assisted to us very friendly and helpfully …. Big special thanks for her ❤️ We got to hotel super quickly, So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Thank you Les Ambassadeurs Hotel & Casino Team 👍🏻

It’s a little bit far from the old town shopping and the streets around it very dark at night

Location is great! Perfect arrangement of swimming pools and sea side beach. Big choice of food in restaurants, two excellent Fish and Meat restaurants Ala Carte. Friendly staff and great support from reception on any request.

Very clean, excellent service from the staff, delicious breakfast. Fabulous fish taster menu at ShellWi (the fish restaurant on site) was excellent value for money.

Was not notified of extensive renovations going on. Would have preferred to have stayed in the main building.

Staff is friendly rooms are very clean and modern breakfast is exceptional
