Hotel itself is very small and cute. Obviously brand new so very modern and clean. The room was very clean and tidy also, the rooftop pool was lovely and had an Incredible view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and polite. Beer / drinks were a very good price. Breakfast was good, So for what we paid, it did the job. We were there for a wedding 15 mins from the hotel so it was just bed and breakfast. The cleaning lady was very sweet and worked around us so we didn’t feel like we had to leave the room. The hotel desk will also call taxis for you which are super cheap!

Only a few points - Breakfast was only on for 2 hours. Little bit of Communication issues between the bar staff and front desk with regards to where you pay for things. Pool is a great location but there There are no sunbed toppers/Mattresses/cushions so are very uncomfortable and all the sun umbrellas were broken - not ideal for a rooftop pool!

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a balcony. The breakfast had lots of choice. The pool was lovely, although we only sat by it to watch the sunset. The staff were all outstanding in their friendliness and service - definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The location was good too, just ten minutes walk from the town center and the castle. There was also a lovely seafront restaurant (Eziç Peanut) very close by. The price seemed reasonable too. We are already planning a return stay in the spring.

Generally it was all very good, but the description here did say that the room contained wine, chocolate/biscuits and pool towels, which it didn't. The staff did say we could get pool towels from reception though. Although there was drinking water in the room on arrival, it would be a nice gesture if this could be provided for each day of the stay.

The location was excellent as it was within a comfortable distance for my hubby to walk into the centre of Kyrenia. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Checking in and out was easy. Rooms are very spacious . It would have been nice to be able to sit on the rooftop as it the weather was warm, but I understand it was early in the season .

Parking was not easy as there were only 6 or 7 spaces in front of the hotel, and people living in the apartments across from the hotel used some of the spaces. Maybe if they utilised the space at the side of the hotel, it would help. As i noticed, it was used as a dumping ground for old furniture, etc. If that was cleared, it would create more parking.

The staff were brilliant,hard working, and would do anything to help you. The rooms were big and clean, the bed was big, a great shower and cleaned every day with fresh towels given. The breakfast was OK. Was getting bored by the end of my 2 weeks with it as options were the same. The pool was located on the roof of the hotel where you were greeted with great views of the sea and castle. It's not the biggest pool, but it cooled you off. The four poster sun lougers were an added bonus and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was 10 minutes walk into the town and a fantastic restaurant just behind it. We hired a car and were able to park at our hotel without any charge. Oh, and finally, they sell the best ice creams in the hotel where they are made on site.

I felt the extra charge of whatever for a Seaview was a learning kerb for me. When I arrived, I was asked if I wanted a Seaview for an extra cost of 200 euros, I said no, and then he said 120 euros, so I accepted but felt on my stay that the hotel was never full occupancy so could've been offered the room as a good will gesture thanks for staying with us. But going forward, I will check for these things on future trips. It did not ruin the holiday though so soon forgotten.

Very well managed hotel within a short walk of the marina, harbour, castle, shops and the local bus network, and taxi ranks. The staff were friendly. The self service breakfast had lots of choose from, both cold & warm products, and free coffee & tea included. There was an elevator to get to the floor levels. We only stayed for one night whilst on our travels and didn’t get to see the pool. WW would certainly stay again if we returned to Kyrenia.

There was no brew making facilities in the rooms. So maybe bring a travel kettle with you if staying for longer if this is something that is of priority. Or maybe contact the establishment to see if they could just supply a kettle & cups to loan. There are plenty of shops to go & purchase the tea, coffee & milk etc that you need.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main bus station in Kyrenia, with a further 5 minute walk to the beautiful port and Kyrenia Castle. The front of house staff were friendly and helpful. Unusually the room was bigger than in the photos, it was pristine clean and the view was fantastic. It had a good sized walk-in shower, fully stocked bathroom, good wardrobe, bar fridge and 24 hr room service. There is a spa on site. The rooftop pool area was amazing with cabanas, sunbeds, pool towels and poolside service, provided mainly by the wonderful Nalaka who was there from early morning to at least 8 at night, making sure everyone got what they wanted, how they wanted it and always with a smile. If you go to Kyrenia, even if you're not staying overnight, it's worth going to the Olivia Palm just to have one of Nalaka's fresh tomato Bloody Marys. The service in general was impeccable, but I have have to give a shout out to Nalaka who was outstanding.

I can't really fault the Olivia Palm, but FYI, there's no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but you really don't need it because all you have to do is dial zero and have whatever you want sent up to your room. Or even better, sit outside at the restaurant terrace, looking across at the castle and listening to the sea crashing on the rocks, and have your coffee there.

I was visiting a dentist and it was 2km from surgery and 0.5 km to town centre. Excellent choice of breakfast dishes - fresh fruit, cakes, meat, cheese, omelettes etc although the croissants / rolls were a bit hard. Spa and massage 35 euro in basement very clean. View to see not impressive but south facing to mountains was better. Roof top pool being renovated but big terrace space and bar BBQ in summer (not open when I visited in February). Chess, draughts and backgammon boards in bar area.

restaurant was closed / empty in evening. likewise the bar area very quiet but I was out of season. WiFi a touch slow / intermittent

The staff were excellent, they all made us feel very welcome and looked after us. The breakfast choice of food was very good. Location of the Hotel was better than we expected, nearby to everything we needed during our stay.

We didn't like the fact the hotel was advertised with a swimming pool area with amazing views of the sea but we found this wasn't available due to building works left unfinished around the pool. Bearing in mind this time of year, it would have been too cold to use this facility, but it would have been nice to sit on the roof terrace (again wasn't advertised the pool.was on the roof) in the sun where it was a nice sum trap up there. We chose this hotel for that facility shown in the photograph and not being informed this was not available on booking was very disappointing!

All of the staff were amazing. We wanted a seaview room on the top floor and they accommodated this. The catering manager and catering staff were great too. The room was large and very clean, with a wonderful balcony overlooking a fantastic view. It was peaceful but within a few minutes walk of the old harbour. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. There is a lovely swimming pool on the roof, although we didn't use it. There is also a bar in the large, comfortable lobby downstairs. This was our second visit and we hope to be back again.

The hotel would have got 10/10 for everything but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and lumpy so it was difficult to sleep. When we stayed previously, on the street side of the hotel, the bed was very comfortable. Please change the mattress in Room 302! One small point - on the booking.com info it says the room comes with wine/champagne & chocolates. This was not true on either stay. However the staff were always happy to provide wine glasses and ice for our own beverages.

Good location near to centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Fridge not mini bar. Wifi in room good. Great sea view. Nice pool (bit cool) Breakfast good but would have liked some fruit.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room cleaning a bit intermittent, sometimes changed towels, soap etc when not needed but did not change bed or loo roll which was needed. There were no cushions on loungers by pool on first few days but suddenly appeared frw days later. Wish we had known they were available as would have asked.
