Very smooth and fast checkin 👍 Excellent staff I recall at the reception Ismail, concierge Zen, Breakfast the young Lady Efife the room service housekeeping & the rest of the staff very courteous, welcoming and professional 🙏. Congratulations to the The hotel management for making our stay very special, they offered us a free upgrade to a very spacious suite 511 and arranged a wonderful surprise for our Anniversary delivered to our room Fruits a Heart shaped cake snacks and a bottle of wine very well thought and much appreciated ❤️. The casino is fun a large variety of slot machines and different tables very organized and classy. Swimming Pool area is very clean and nice to chill, relax and have a drink 🥃. Wifi is perfect strong signal and fast. And above all very clean and spotless and attention to details at every corner of the facility. Breakfast buffet was rich with local cuisine and a large variety of pastry we loved it different than the standard hotel breakfast 😋 A very comfortable stay & for sure we will visit again 🙏

Parking wasn’t easy especially at night there should be more dedicated spots for the hotel guests, but this is a very minor issue as you can just drop it to the casino valet and they will park it for you.

Excellent luxurious hotel with bar, restaurant, casino, indoor spa and outdoor pool. The executive suites on the 5th floor are fabulous with a huge bed, large sitting area and bathroom equipped with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The rooms are equipped with everything you need - toiletries, mini bar etc - and the room service is excellent. There is a lovely spa and gym in the basement. Ask for a room on the right hand side of the hotel, since the rooms on the left side suffer from traffic noise from the main road which is very busy.

I would have like to watch cable tv without logging in with my own account. It would be good to have a non-smoking room as an option. The pool in the spa could have been warmer.

Grand Pasha is a wonderfully welcoming, centrally located hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, spa and casino. The staff were incredibly helpful and the service was excellent. My room was incredibly grand with a balcony and the most sumptuous bathroom and I had a very comfortable stay. I loved the spa as it was very quiet for a relaxing swim and the outdoor pool area had comfortable sun loungers and day beds. Dinner was typically Turkish and breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of options. There are regular shuttle buses to take you to the beach and you can conveniently walk to the shops and restaurants nearby.

I would prefer non smoking in the bedrooms.

Helpful and friendly staff throughout hotel. Clean room with comfortable bed and good air con. Restaurant was welcoming for a solo traveller and enough choice of food at breakfast and dinner although I personally would have liked more cooked vegetable options

The hotel looks a bit tired in places such as the carpets in hallways and bedroom, and bathroom decor. The bedroom lights also had to be switched off at the mains and not all of them worked in my room

The hotel was very good and our room 501was amazing. Evening buffet was very good. Pool and pool staff excellent.

The noise from the roof top restaurant, the music not too much of an issue but when the restaurant closed the dragging of tables and chairs was very loud through the ceiling of the room and this would start after midnight and go on for about 40mins. Maybe some rubber pads on the legs of the tables and chairs would stop some of the noise. My other small issue was with the juice at breakfast, there would only be 1 juice available, it was apple for the 2 of the 3 days we went to breakfast. I do not like apple juice so asked for an orange juice and was charged extra for it, €5 for a glass of orange juice. I have stayed in 3 star hotels where there is normally a selection of juice. Small issue but would easily be fixable. Bed was rock hard not comfortable at all for me or my partner.

Comfortable clean rooms, quiet pools, friendly welcome guest relations made a point of checking in with guests around the hotel to check that all was well.

Not a great deal close by, shuttle to beach but need a taxi to get to the old harbour for restaurants etc menu on roof top restaurant is limited and doesn’t make the best use of a great feature of the hotel.

I would like to rate my hotel stay as excellent. It was a wonderful experience, and I would especially like to mention an employee named Kezbian. She is one of the most beautiful people I have met in Cyprus, both in appearance and character. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable.

We chose the Pasha Hotel & Casino, which has a free transfer with the DOGUS Clinic-Nicosia,which we came here for. We only planned to stay three nights, then go somewhere else. The first night we had problem with ventilating in the room, and we couldn't sleep all night. In the morning Mrs. Kamila took care of us, she did everything to apologize, and she and her colleague Tugba were completely at our service . Mrs.Kamila upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful suite on the 5th floor,what made our stay unforgettable and we will always remember it. This extended our stay for another 3 days. I personally work as a Hauskeeping manager and I haven't found a single complaint about cleanliness in the all Hotel. The food is very tasty and healthy. The hotel has something for everyone, Spa center and Fitness. A casino for lovers of gambling and Irish Pub, also a discotheque. I recommend the Hotel Pasha to everyone, the Standard rooms are at 5* level Goga&Robert

It was a very warm welcome: the hotel prepared us with an upgraded room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay - the bathroom had all the necessary stuff to cover basic needs, and the room has a kettle and complimentary coffees/teas and water. Also, we had a ball with fruits. The rooms are quiet and we heard no noise neither from the next rooms nor outside although the hotel is by a busy road. The huge parking for the hotel makes it even more comfortable to stay.

The only what we didn't like is that the help with parking was not provided until it was asked specifically at the lobby although the hotel has valet parking. Also, no one helped us with our luggage. But it was not crucial (we had small light luggage) for us.

Clean rooms, good internet and air conditioning. They Renovated in internet and airconditions. Great balcony. Very central and easy access to center. They allowed me to late check out( based on availability of course). Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. Turkish hamam and Spa service was perfect and Customer relations Ms. Tuğba was exceptional.
