Warm welcome, great attentive night shift manager. Mehmet made us feel at home, he was very helpful, informative and welcoming. Room was great - super comfy and clean bed, good size bathroom, loads of storage space, good view. Loved the smell in a hotel. Very nice and cozy overall!

The breakfast was standard, but we were not impressed that we could not get Turkish coffee (we were told that they can't make it for us during breakfast times, only after). I think the issue was that the staff at the time didn't speak Turkish or English very well. We also had a hilarious situation when we received a boiled egg instead of the fried one - and the staff kept insisting that it is fried 😂

Great location overlooking the harbour and castle from the balcony (ask in advance for a high level room facing the harbour with balcony). Breakfast was ok - basic but pleasant and substantial. Staff were very friendly and tried to help but not all of them understood English.

Everything was very dated and and in desperate need of renovation. This was probably a very grand hotel in the past but is now just average. The door handle to my room was hanging off but despite staying there 3 nights nobody ever came to fix it when I asked. The lift is ancient but works fine. Bed ok but not very comfy.

Weak wi fi connection (sometimes no connection) in my room (206); No recycle bin in the room. There is a small recycle jn in the bathroom but this is not enough

Northern Cyprus has few beaches but the helpful lady receptionist arranged an inexpensive taxi to get me there on two occasions. The hotel is close to the harbour in a good location for shopping and restaurants like The Five Brothers, Speak to the receptionist with wishes and ideas on what to do. This is the key to a good stay. Although I arrived quite early I was able to get to my room at once and was also given a free breakfast. A great welcome.

Well I had arranged a car direct with the hotel to collect me from the airport but the car was not there. I spent the night at the airport and then got a bus which proved to be far far cheaper.

My room was the deluxe on the same floor as the rooftop bar. Incredible views and perfect location. Will be even better when the harbour renovation is completed. Staff is wonderful and quick to handle your requests. Personally I love the character and charm of an older hotel but if you prefer shiny and modern, this is not the place for you. I loved it so much, I stayed an extra day!

We requested 2 rooms with views of the harbour if possible for just a overnight stay & I’m guessing we had the best 2 rooms in the hotel. Just fantastic. Continental breakfast was great. Room was very clean & exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend rooms 301 & 302 if you want the best views. Very friendly hosts. Thanks very much . Would definitely book again when we’re in Cyprus again.

The best about this hotel is its location! Right at the harbor with the view to the ocean. The furniture and the room itself was a bit old. Breakfast simple but tasty. The hotel is perfect for a one night stay while you’re on the road.

Its would be great to have mosquito net or at least something from them in room.

The manager and staff of the hotel were welcoming and friendly, good service, great breakfast, good location by the beach and close to the castle, a good choice for staying. I loved this hotel a lot.

Nice welcome and kind hosts. Excellent location in the centre. Very reasonable price. We stayed at this hotel for a night in a standard double room with a balcony. Beautiful sea view at the harbour. It was so nice and warm in the room in that wet and cold winter evening. There was lots of hot water and everything we needed to feel comfortable: from towels and shampoos to hairdryer to kettle to many different drinks and water in the mini fridge. And we had a very good and rich breakfast in the morning. Many thanks!
