the location was good. the room was spacious and the building was modern and very quiet. the room had a balcony. a fridge and kitchen sink and tea n coffee things the breakfast was adequate and an omelette was cooked fresh every morning. we were able to use the laundry facilities which is a big time and money saver compared to hotel laundry services.

we stayed 4 days and nobody took the rubbish or cleaned. a small detail.

The place is located in a new building. We stayed at 5th floor with a nice view over the city. There is a parking available where you don't need any reservation which was very convenient for us. The place is 30 mins walk from the city center. To enter the building youll need a key card which will be provided by the receptionist which is located at the 1st floor. For us a family of 3 was the perfect choice.

The staff is really friendly!!! The hotel has washing&drying machines, that are not expensive. There is a little conference room, where I could work.

Sockets are not euro. And there is only one adapter in the room. It would be better if the room was periodically cleaned during the stay.

We were given a room on the last floor that had suffered a lot from the leaking roof. One wall was wet because of the rain. They didn’t have a spare room to change.

My breakfast was prepared according to my wishes. The lady was very accommodating and was very easy and helpful at all times. One can also use the washing machine/dryer by purchasing tokens. Even the iron/ironing board can be used at the washing room. All the staff/owners were very helpful and accommodating. They are always ready to help.

A bit noisy because of the other guests. Just ask for a room transfer and you'll be helped by the reception lady/owner/ and the other staff.

There was a kitchen in the room, but nothing to cook in and no utensils.

The staff at Lavanta Residence could not be more friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived at 11.30pm and needed to eat, and despite the Kate hour they made us food. The whole property and room was extremely clean, and the room was cleaned daily. We had a hire car which we were able to easily park in the car park beneath the property.

Although this did not disappoint us, some of the descriptions of the room was a little misleading. The kitchenette in the room only had a fridge and a sink - no cooking facilities. The description also mentions coffee machine, but there was only a kettle. As we didn't spend a lot of time in our room this wasn't something to complain about, but the description does suggest there is a lot more in the room than there is. The hot water from the shower was very intermittent, going from very cold to scalding hot, which made having a shower difficult, however even this didn't spoil our enjoyment of the property.
