The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant offered a good selection. The staff were very accommodating in helping to overcome the problems caused by the road works nearby. The hotel car park was not accessible, so they offered to drive us to and from our en suite room, which was located in a separate building. We have stayed in this hotel before and normally had an excellent experience with on site parking.

Unfortunately when we were there, major road works were taking place which made the hotel difficult to get to. Our en suite room was in a different building from the hotel. If we did not want to trouble the hotel staff to keep coming and picking us up, it mean walking through the roadworks. There was no forewarning of the road works when we booked the room. The room itself was poorly designed. There was a very large lounge area, but with no comfortable sofa, and the sleeping area was very small and cramped, as was the shower room.

My stay was perfect! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety. The hotel’s ambiance combined old-world charm with modern comforts. Conveniently located near the city center with private parking. Recommended for anyone visiting Nicosia.

Due to the construction work, it was a challenge to find the parking. The entry to parking lots is very steep, and my car always hits the ground with the front bumper. But this is not the hotel's fault, just as advice to guests arriving these days.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful when we had problems with taxis. They were also very helpful in giving tourist advice But it should be noted that to get to the Studios you have walk along an unmade road being reconstructed. Of course this isn't the fault of the hotel and they are more than willing to provide a car taking a different route. It's also not that close to the Old Town , you probably will want to take a bus / taxi. The Studios are very large, nice bathroom / toiletries. And the bed was comfortable, but very little space to actually get in it. The breakfast could be a bit fresher and tastier. And the toaster easily burns the toast!! This may sound a bit downbeat but I'd like to stress how friendly and helpful the staff were.And because of our own unusual circumstances, I'm sure we were problematic clients

Unfortunately, when I returned home from my holiday, there was no electricity in my apartment, so I had to find accommodation in the middle of the night. I had heard a lot of good things about the hotel before, so I chose it and was not disappointed: the whole staff are extremely polite, kind and helpful. The receptionist even made sure that I got a room that could be booked for several days, in case the electrician could not repair the network in one day. I am so grateful for everything!

The staff were all amazing. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They really made the trip less stressful for me (travelling due to exams). Housekeeping checked the room daily and changed bins, towels and toiletries. The restaurant was also really good - tried a late night meal room service. The beds were comfortable enough but on the softer side so this is a preference thing. The TV screen is also very cool and “smart” so shows you menus etc The hotel is just off a busy road so it is quiet and calm - I didn’t have any issues with noise. There is also parking nearby.

Everything was great. If I had to nitpick I’d say more vegan options for breakfast.

I had to do my check-in and check-out middle of the night but it was fast and easy. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was spacy, staff was super nice. Big shout-out to my two dinner waiters, Rafi and Victor, for being so attentive. Distance to the city center is around 30 mins nice walk. The breakfast buffet was okay, the coffee was really good (very important for me:).

I usually prefer new boutique hotels with modern design but wanted to change it up a bit and booked a room at Semeli. Despite the older age of the hotel it has a classy feeling and nothing seems run down but rather made the impression of a well managed hotel with great staff. Really important to me is a good night sleep and cleanliness and I was not disappointed. Really comfortable matresses and overall very quiet.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety to start the day right. The location was ideal: peaceful yet conveniently close to the city center. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning soon!

Room was clean and perfect for a standard room but we book an Executive Suite

Looking at the photos on the web pages we were put into a standard room and I boomed and paid for an Executive Suite, the room had No sofa as advertised, was smaller than expected and the balcony was small with standard chairs and table, where the photos show something a lot superior.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Well equipped. Very clean. We stayed in an Executive Suite and it was lovely. Very well furnish the bed was amazing.we ordered room service. Fantastic charcuterie board and great price. Used a lot of the mini var, very fair prices. They have renovated. No baths now but the walk in rainfall shower was Amazing!!! Lovely breakfast too.
