Excellent quality, price and location mix nearby the border line. Calm, with own parking space under the building. The Best accommodation we experienced during our stay. Very spacious, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets per apartment, big living room and terrace balcony. The kitchen was also well equipped. The double beds were large, so were the single beds, which were 120 cm wide! Excellent space for sleeping. What would we recommend to change are the mattresses, they seem to be quite firm, not so comfortable. The lady was very nice and helpful, thanks for her great approach!

A very nice flat, lots of room for the children and a good sized balcony. A good kitchen, with everything you might need for a short stay. 2 showers and toilets. A complimentary Early check in. Easy to access parking in the ground floor of the building. The staff was very hospitable, very warm and kind.

The maintenance wasn't very good. The shower heads and hand shower were leaking, one of the showers was unusable. The washing machine was in very poor condition. We stayed for several nights, but no housekeeping service. The coffee maker was leaking and broken. No complimentary coffee powder, dishwasher tablets, salt & pepper, garbage bags. No baby high chair. very poor condition of kitchen played, pots and pans etc. 2 rolls of toilet paper for each toilet.

I liked the apartment. It's cosy and warm with underground parking and nice veranda.

We entered the app, and you could smell the cigarette smell from the previous guests. We are non smoker's, and it was horrible for us. In the kitchen is a filter coffee machine and filters, no coffee, so what's the point. Hot water, you have to wait 30-35 min to have a shower

The property is one of the best in Nicosia. The flat is modern and well suited for couples. The staff are lovely and maintains a privacy and lets us enjoy our stay in the property.

I was wondering if they could have salt and pepper and cooking oil pre set up before because it is little hassle to buy them if I want to cook sth to eat.

Great location close to the center of Nicosia. Very clean Building and Appartment. Staff Marina and the cleaning staff are very welcoming and will ensure everything is perfect for you. The apartment is very clean and almost new. We really liked the space. The area is relatively calm for a city. The parking is included and based on availability. Internet speed is great for the ones working.

Not much. Perhaps the parking inside the building. Must be very careful but it is not so much of a problem. There is also public parking in front of the building

It was clean and spacious and comfortable The room had big windows and great lighting

It was a little far from the city center (20 min walk) but of course we knew the location when we booked

- Marina (receptionist) was so incredibly helpful and nice! We had a flat tyre and she offered to help if we needed to call someone in greek. She stayed with us to make sure we were ok and untill the problem was sorted. Super nice and sweet lady. - Very spacious appartment with nice balcony - Close to supermarket and good restaurants and bars - Clean - Nice place to discover the city; walking distance to the old centre but still in a quiet area

This is the second stay for my family in this fabulous appartment. It is exceptionally clean, well maintained, location is close to everything. A periptero with a big choice of food and drinks is across the road. Perfect!

Nothing really. I would suggest to add napkins and a microwave. But these are minor things.

The rooms were spotless and the instructions received for check in and check out were perfect.

My only issue was the lack of toilet paper, even after asking for more I believe they forgot to put more.
