The hotel is wonderful. It is located in a very calm and quiet place, which is very important for those who need rest after a long and noisy working day . I really liked the design of the room, there is a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as a kitchen with everything you need. In the bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed with a very comfortable mattress. Everything is clean and you can see that the hotel has been renovated, everything is very comfortable and modern. Large shower with new plumbing. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was forgot my phone and they immediately found it. Thank you very much again. I will be happy to come back again

I stay a lot on overnight work trips in Nicosia as I live in Larnaca. So I know the mid to top range hotels quite well. This was my first time to stay at the Almond Business Hotel and it is definitely the best kept secret in town. Not only are the suites HUGE in terms of space and really tastefully done - but the suite I was given (number 501) could have comfortabley accomodated at least 3 people . With a built in Kitchenette, hot plates and kettle, large TV screens in both the living room and bedroom and a very large terrace overlooking a vacant plot ( opposite the hotel), I really felt it was like a second home and would definitely book this hotel again. The breakfast room was light with lots of green plants and the food more than adequate. Location is also a very good residential area of Niccosia.

There was nothing I could critize about my stay. It exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was excellent. The managers Georgos & Adamos were very helpful, efficient and obliging. For my wife and I the location was perfect because it is in a lovely area of Nicosia and 100 meters from our daughter's apartment.

The only down side for us was the queen size bed, being used to a king size bed this size was a problem. Apparently, they do not have rooms with king size or two single beds. I did mention this to Georgos and he said that on our next stay he will give us a room with a queen and a single bed.

- the room was very big and comfortable. 2 big tv's , kitchen and a sizeable bathroom. A rare gem! - complimentary bottle of water and coffee

- unfortunately there were constructions ongoing close to the hotel and it seems they are working also on Sunday.... - the breakfast was good but it could have been improved

We stayed for a single night. There's plenty of parking to the rear of the hotel, check-in was quick and George was helpful and informative. We liked our suite which was very clean and were surprised by the generous size and the fact that there was a TV in our bedroom and in the separate lounge area. The bathroom was very good with a great powerful shower. We didn't use the small kitchen area but this would be ideal for someone to knock up an evening meal - we popped out for our dinner. Wi-fi was strong. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice - the lovely Elena had everything under control. We'd happily stay again. The location is a little way from the historical centre with it's museums but it was very quiet overnight.

We can't think of anything apart from a dip in the middle of our bed - the bed could have been a little bigger too.

The room was nice and comfortable. Little minus was the non working aircondition because they would have to changed the filters before we arrived. But luckily, opening the windows during the night helped to cool down the room. The hotel is close to the old town, so you find always something to eat. And if you want to drive easy with a taxi somewhere, they use the „Bolt“ app (like Uber) to call a cheap ride.

Our aircondition in the room didn’t work because of missed filter-change (maintenance work).

Location is okay, just a bit dark at night.

They only give you water on the first day. And also the gym is not in the hotel itself.

The room was huge, well decorated and had everything including a couch, office, veranda, kitchenette with microwave and a super comfortable bed. Also: - Amazing water pressure - Good location - Free parking

Breakfast was very nice but unfortunately things were not kept warm. This was our only issue.

Very big and spacious room, staff were very nice and welcoming. Private parking for our car was a very nice to have. About 25 minutes walking to the city center which was doable.

Breakfast is a bit basic but other than that, everything was great.
