I recently had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel for the second time in Lefkoşa, and I can confidently say it was just as wonderful as the first! The hotel boasts an exceptional quality of service and a unique, stunning architecture that stands out in the best possible way. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with beds that make it hard to leave in the morning! The overall atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing, creating the perfect environment for a memorable stay. The owner is extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting Lefkoşa.

What a beautiful place! I fell in love with it the moment I entered! Birgur, the owner who is an architect, did a wonderful job converting this 700 year old building into a comfortable, modern hotel! She's always ready to answer your questions. The flowers in the courtyard add to the charm of this lovely place! The location is perfect: right at Girne Gate and on walking distance to all the interesting places in Lefcosia. There's free breakfast, buffet style. I particularly liked the homemade jam! I can warmly recommend Eagle Eye hotel!

Unfortunately there was not always hot water in the shower but this will be taken care of, I'm told.

My dad and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nicosia Eagle Eye Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality provided by the owner and the entire staff was beyond outstanding. When we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another night, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring everything was seamless and stress-free. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture and design. It is a blend of modern aesthetics and traditional charm. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and is quite spacious.

If you want to feel pure traditional Cypriot atmosphere during your stay in Cyprus I highly recommend you to choose this accommodation. Beautiful example of Cypriot sustainable family boutique hotel. It was fascinating to see & feel the old architecture style surrounded with new. So many impressed details in it. The stuff were very kind and positive. We felt welcomed like we are at their home. Lovely-delicious breakfast with local products on higher level and relaxing green garden in the middle of the hotel- so lovely & relaxing. Rooms are in details made with comfortable beds-mattress and everything was super clean. Perfect & safe to stay and I will for sure come back.

Staff is helpful and respond to whatsapp. It is close to city center and restaurants. Breakfast is acceptable. It has cereales, bread, coffee and Milk. Also some fruits. They have drinking water to recharge your bottle. Primate and big bathroom.

No parking if you come with a car. No kitchen if you are looking for cooking. Room is small and you have little space to move. The street is really small, so take care if a car comes when you are entering or exiting the hotel. Expensive for what it offers ( 62 euros per night).

Perfect location. Amazing achitecture. Friendly and helpful staff!

To put frozen bread, a toaster could be provided in the breakfast room. We expected butter for breakfast but found margarine. The shower part of the bathroom could be insulated, the toilet side also gets wet. Through the transparent bathroom door, one in the bed sees the other in the toilet, if one goes to the toilet at night, the other wakes up from the light.

Very nice place, good stuff. The room is small but comfortable. The location is perfect - you can walk by foot from the Nicosia border. Also there is a bus stop Itimat from which you can travel directly to Famagusta and come back, very big advantage. There are several restaurants just next to the hotel with traditional Turkish food and competitive prices.

I didn't like the breakfast. It's not bad but for me was missing meat or fried eggs and some drinks.

Hello! I liked the attitude of the staff, they were friendly and helpful, serving pretty little Kahvalti each morning was so cute and lovely) The hotel is located in the very Center 700 meters from ledra palace checkpoint (which is sooo perfect location to cross the border to the south of Cyprus). The location looks pretty much provincial and quiet, there are a few cafes nearby and normal Turkish grocery stores. Hotel itself is located in the very old street, where you can see locals get out and hang out in the street outside the hotel. It is very lovely to see the culture of people, and they were nice. In town there’s many refugees, mostly African, they are good people and very much assimilated in the Turkish manner. You can hear namaz sung at mosque nearby, and it sounds beautiful. It’s easy to get a taxi at the hotel. But still it was good to rent my own car, because the taxi rate would be around 30$ to get to Girne, and about 50$ to make it to Ercan airport one way. Mostly used currency is Turkish lira and dollar. P.S. I still don’t recommend going out much at night. Streets are safe, but if you are white/European woman, should not go out alone when it’s dark because the society looks rather conservative muslim

1. Everyone in the streets have expectation of you to be able to speak Turkish, many locals can’t give you directions or advice for that reason. Make sure you have power bank and offline maps on you 2. The type of plug i used didn’t match the socket in the wall, so I had to spend some time finding the right socket to have it solved. It was right at the market and I could buy it for 3 dollars

We had a wonderful time at Nicosia Eagle Eye! The location was perfect 👌 Right in the center, a close walk to all the sites, great food choices, and the manager Dodo was absolutely lovely. The room was magnificent, clean, and comfortable, and we loved our view. The kavalhtı was delicious and the perfect amount and service. Dodo was always telling jokes, making lovely conversations, and had a huge smile on her face. We would definitely suggest this hotel and stay again when we come back to Nicosia.

It all looks really nice. The room was small, but just big enough to fit everything in. It was clean and the beds were nice and soft, kind of like memory foam. It is nice to have a little terrace out front to sit. Breakfast serving was nice. The staff is super friendly and helpfull! The owner is very kind and happy! Nice little garden, it is a really cooler temperature here in the garden, than in the city. If needed, there is a parking place just around the corner. The location is fine. Just go left and after a few minutes of walking you'll be in the centre. Don't go right when you step out, because that area is not so nice, at night I wouldn't feel comfortable walking there. The rest is just fine!!

The small fridge had a little trouble cooling the bottles/cans we put in, it took a whole while. Not a big problem. It can be really loud during breakfast, so when you want to sleep in and have breakfast a little later, it can be that you will be woken up early by other guests or staff because of the noise.
